In terms of Olivia, she may have been cautioned against taking it because of any meds she's currently on. But also, she lives in a remote area of Australia where the virus is not really causing much damage, and is likely staying put. If I was in her situation, I might not take it, either. My aunt has cancer and they told her to hold off on taking the vaccine just yet because of the meds she is on. So it sort of makes sense.
