I'm just wondering because I usually think that means accepting aging and your eventual death without resorting to an ever escalating amount of surgeries to combat the natural changes in your body. Wasn't she famous for being at the forefront of Hollywood women who had caesarians and tummy tucks after every pregnancy. Part of the reason they painted her naked body for that Vanity Fair cover was was to hide the surgical scars and odd belly button placement.

R106 agreed when I saw the front pictures, I was like come on of course it’s makeup, but when you see that picture, it’s clear it’s cheek (and lip) implants gone wrong. I’m still not noticing a difference in her nose, though - what is different exactly? Also, people always speculate about celebrities getting the tips of their noses done, but that never seemed like a good idea to me - without touching the rest of the nose, it would be hard for the proportions to not look totally off, I would think (and from what I’ve heard/read plastic surgeons really prefer NOT to do that).

She had some dramatic cheek implants placed in the last year. She had smaller ones placed back in the Charlie’s Angels days but that surgery makeover looked great. This time the implants have changed the planes of her face too much. A lot of it is the dramatic makeup and lighting in the fashion show too, exacerbating everything. She also had another facelift, browlift and eye work done but that all looks somewhat ok. It’s the cheeks, jawline, and odd lips that are distorted. I am sure we will see “photos” of her in the following days/months where she looks more relatively normal in order to quash the rumors /damage control.

You should see how Kate Moss looked at that same show. Bitch is looking rough and her lifestyle is showing. She also appears to have had an eye lift. Her 2020 jawline doesn't line up with the jawline at R106, have to disagree with r84 on this one. The chin stands out as separate in the 2020 pictures, in the new photo, the chin and jawline are all the same.

There's definitely some makeup issue here as you can see in R106, but there are new fillers in the jawline and as someone else noticed, the tip of the nose has been done.

Are we even surprised? Don’t forget this is a woman who reportedly spent over $250k on surgeries prior to Charlie’s Angels movie remake. She’s since dabbled in it more than a few times.

Demi was never going to age well, look at her late mother to give an idea. Those are white trash genes. Demi herself even when young had a masculine face similar to Brooke Shields, these type of women have to be careful with plastic surgery because it masculinizes female faces. It’s the opposite for men it feminizes the face.

With aging too women and men have less estrogen and testosterone respectively so that just makes bad surgery worse. It’s why Madge and now Demi look like aging trannies. Gwen is already starting to resemble one, I disagree that her extensive surgeries were nicely done.

Back to Demi. She’s always had an oblong face and deep, low brow line. Unfortunately with aging this is exactly the type of female face that ages the worst. Ok I am studying the pics and although it's clear she's had some terrible cheek work, and has had her upper lip plumped, the lipstick on her bottom lip is only on a small part of the lip. The rest of the lower lip has been covered up with foundation. So I think it's a bit of a tromp l'oiel effect wherein her lower lip looks tiny but it's not. And with the plumped upper lip, it makes the whole mouth look just bizarre. But check it out -- you can see the lipline and its larger than the portion of lip that has lipstick on.
