Yeah you don't need to be a celebrity. Eastern Europeans are still travelling to the Maldives, Zanzibar, Switzerland and Dubai. There is a mask mandate but everyone almost has it under their nose or chin. Gyms are open and o masks are required in gyms. They jog with no masks. The malls are super full and at outdoor dining and Stabucks, they hang out in large groups, nobody cares. This is Romania and also it's about the same. Malls mandate masks as do stores but you can't arrest a whole country who won't wear the mask properly and goes out like nothing happened. The neighbors I have are young IT engineers...every night, parties, dinners...no care. I am so annoyed by the lack of taking things seriously.

I truly think there are people who think “ Well, if they’re doing it, there can’t be a risk.” Just ask the health workers in your hospitals.
