I’m really tired of all the dissociative, flippant cunts in the gay community. The pursed lips, the eye rolls, the side eyes, the fan clacking, the inability to say anything that’s NOT sarcastic... all these behaviors used to be for fringe loons in the community, now Drag show behavior is the norm. The worst is evil, demon-possessed Grindr profile pictures & Social Media posts where some of these blown-out sluts think they’re Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct. It’s annoying, but also useful red flags to spot psychos. Yasssss, Sis?!
Gay Men Acting Like Sassy Black Women & Cunty White Sex Kittens

I like the expression "gurl, puhlease" but the rest of it you can keep, quite frankly.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | January 26, 2021 8:54 PM |
It's rude and dismissive of our gay cousins.

This.
It's kind of like how in nature, venomous and dangerous creatures have brightly colored pigmentation to warn others: "careful - I'm dangerous/crazy/interaction with me will lead to certain death, etc."
Just take this behavior/presentation as a fortunate display of their wares so you can avoid, avoid, avoid.
There are plenty of well-adjusted and great guys out there who don't behave in this fashion.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | January 26, 2021 8:58 PM |
Shaaat up OP. Where are you running into all these hideous creatures? You're 300lbs and live in a trailer in flyoverstan. Plenty of normal lovely gays everywhere. I think you don't get out much. Crabby Cunt, that's your M.O. What's your excuse?
by Anonymous | reply 4 | January 26, 2021 9:09 PM |
I don't mind it because it separates the guys who are worth knowing (the ones who don't engage in that behaviour) from the ones who are not worth knowing (the ones who do engage in that behaviour).
by Anonymous | reply 5 | January 26, 2021 9:13 PM |
What is "fan clacking?"
by Anonymous | reply 6 | January 26, 2021 9:16 PM |
Welcome to Datalounge, OP
Where dozens (one dozen?) of older white gay men use the anonymity of the internet to unleash their inner sassy black woman/cunty white sex kitten.
There have even been threads titled "what would you cunt name be?" (and not referring to what you'd call your female genitals if you had them.)
by Anonymous | reply 7 | January 26, 2021 9:19 PM |
I almost think it's better that it be done here, R7, where it's all anonymous and so doesn't bleed into our real lives. The guys who make it part of their real life - including Twitter, Instagram, Grindr, as well as conversation and behaviour - are just awful.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | January 26, 2021 9:23 PM |
I hear you OP but the most sarcastic group is straight men Everything is sarcasm from them
by Anonymous | reply 9 | January 26, 2021 9:25 PM |
I had to stop visiting an American Horror Story Reddit page because 99% of the comments were courtesy of these drag obsessed cunts. Wig indeed!
by Anonymous | reply 10 | January 26, 2021 9:28 PM |
Sounds like OP got turned down on Grindr by a fem twink.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | January 26, 2021 9:32 PM |
I see it as a form of self-defense.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | January 26, 2021 9:43 PM |
OP isn't a self-loathing gay, he's a "hate other gays" gay.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | January 26, 2021 9:48 PM |
OP sounds like a man who's into men and not a wannabe woman who's into wannabe women.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | January 26, 2021 9:49 PM |
R13 No shame in being upfront about attitudes and presentations that are major turn-offs.
People have all sorts of deal breakers. For instance, I don't care for tattoos, plucked eyebrows, or negative energy.
Some people aren't into fan clacking and squealing. Why has this sort of behavior become synonymous with 'gay'?
This is the same old shit that fems use on people that are repulsed by them and it is tired. Go find someone that likes you for you and stop shaming others for not being attracted to your stomping around in stilettos.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | January 26, 2021 9:56 PM |
OP and R14 sound like extremely insecure assholes.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | January 26, 2021 9:56 PM |
R16 One could say REAL men aren't on Datalounge.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | January 26, 2021 9:59 PM |
R6 I think it’s what happens in Madonna’s MTV performance of Vogue. It always made it very exciting and added a whole other level of gay drama to the show.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | January 26, 2021 10:00 PM |
Is " fan clacking" something people really say, R15?
by Anonymous | reply 19 | January 26, 2021 10:01 PM |
Buddy Cole mapped this all out for us eons ago. “Girl!”, “Sister!” and “What’s her problem!”
by Anonymous | reply 20 | January 26, 2021 10:02 PM |
It’s just drag queens and their lik... I avoid all that Rupaul bull shit.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | January 26, 2021 10:03 PM |

Their what?
by Anonymous | reply 22 | January 26, 2021 10:19 PM |
R20 Fuck me, I love The Kids In The Hall. I've seen every episode multiple times, and it never gets old. I'm just sorry I've never seen the group or Scott Thompson live.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | January 26, 2021 10:24 PM |
I’m not a fan of the over the top bitchiness I see sometimes within the community. I can’t tell if it comes from a bad childhood defense mechanism, or if some just watch too much Real Housewives and think that type of behavior is likable. Also the affected bizarre hyper effeminate persona. You know, the Johnathan Van Ness type of Marys. I can’t deal with that sad caricature of gaydom.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | January 26, 2021 10:31 PM |
There is no gay community. There are the gays you choose to be around, engage with, watch, and listen to. They are your gay community.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | January 26, 2021 10:41 PM |
R24 Uh, I don’t act like that. I’m over 40 and I go to work.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | January 26, 2021 10:50 PM |
Any guy I know that says guuuurrrlll is immediately not my friend. It sounds stupid.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | January 26, 2021 10:51 PM |
I second the Rupaul drag culture. It's all about slaying and all tea all shade.
They've taken a generation of gay men backwards. Many gay young men now define themselves in a fight with the world when they have to fight less than ever before.
I purposely go out of my way to avoid these types at all costs. You can spot them a mile away.

[quote] I’m really tired of all the dissociative, flippant cunts in the gay community.
Well there goes your social life.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | January 26, 2021 11:52 PM |
I only know straight people who watch Rupaul, it’s like gay minstrel shows for straights.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | January 26, 2021 11:56 PM |
Don’t they all?
by Anonymous | reply 31 | January 26, 2021 11:57 PM |
R2 My gay cousin is a lumberjack.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | January 27, 2021 12:03 AM |
I think those that do that are low-brow queens who have zero cultural points of reference and I dismiss them as uneducated idiots that will never leave the gay ghetto that is their vapid mind.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | January 27, 2021 12:10 AM |
GURL you need to SASHAY AWAY Miss Thang!
by Anonymous | reply 34 | January 27, 2021 5:57 AM |
Some of it is really performative and I find it inauthentic. The guys who are *PuTtInG oN a one-man SHOW for YOU!" in the middle of a bar or restaurant, but are completley subdued when you're talking to them in private. I have known more than a few Jack McFarland types who are exhausting one minute, then a completely different person the next. Who needs it?
by Anonymous | reply 35 | January 27, 2021 6:14 AM |
It’s low brow. Thank you R33
by Anonymous | reply 36 | January 27, 2021 6:16 AM |
Just find a different crowd of gay men to hang out with, OP.
Unless you are in a small town in the middle of nowhere, you have choices.
