Ideal casting. One tousle-haired blowhard playing another.
Is there a misspelling?

Fuckboi got the face he deserved, in the end.
Does anyone else find him pretentious? And limited?
At least Hugh Grant has a sense of humour, and does actually come from money.

Wait, is he gay or not?

Closet case social climber plays hetero douchebag posho. At least he can't be accused of just playing himself like the one note Hugh Grant always is.

He's gay? Who are his notable conquests, then?

I remember when his wife referred to him as a "pillow-faced lard-ass" and meant it as a compliment.
There is something I do find appealing about him. He is Ewen MacGregor-adjacent in some way.

Hugh Grant comes from money in the way that Ivanka Trump comes from class.
Grant's background is very ordinary. His heritage is military, not aristocracy. His parents worked in (gasp) RETAIL and (gasp) EDUCATION for god's sake.
But Grant would be great as Johnson - he has the same narcissistic permanently inseminating streak as Johnson.

Don't think its wise to make drama about ongoing situation especially something so rapidly changing and unpredictable like the pandemic.

Yes. Though he is very talented, he often takes roles he’s not suited for.
Also uneven as a director. When he’s good, he’s great. When he’s not, it says disaster.

His liplessness is EPIC. I was rewatching “Celebrity”, in which he does the requisite Woody Allen schtick and it was awful to see him trying to kiss anyone.
