Those same GOP officials certainly weren't reluctant to criticize Obama when he wore a tan suit, or put his feet on an Oval Office coffee table, or when Michelle Obama wore a "slutty," sleeveless dress, or when they thought Obama's children were inappropriately dressed for a memorial service. Yet outright lies about one's background get swept under the rug.

Lord look at this paragraph. I couldn't get a job at a shitty company if I left stuff blank.
'So I took a look at his financial disclosure form, where he’s supposed to list out all of his assets and income sources. According to the form Cawthorn submitted, he, as he put it himself, “made most of my money in the New York Stock Exchange,” which is helpfully characterized as “unearned” income. Under the section for “earned” income, i.e. where one would include income one made from, say, a job? It was blank.'
Madison Cawthorn claimed Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in the Deposition. “It was definitely less than when I was able to produce out of myself before my accident. You know, suffering from a brain injury after the accident definitely – I think it slowed my brain down a little bit. Made me less intelligent. And then the pain also made reading and studying very difficult.” (page 15). That statement contradicts an April 10, 2015 article titled “Accident Survivor returns to thank Halifax Health trauma staff.” Kevin Captain, Director of the Trauma Center, said “His head was the only system in his body to be spared significant injury, Captain said.” On a separate note re: education, he amended his previous deposition that he applied and was accepted to Harvard. (p. 32) He also amended his previous deposition that he was also planning to take Harvard’s online program. That was obvious when he said his SAT score of 1860 out of 2400.
It's get funnier and funnier. He lied and said he had applied to Harvard and a brain injury put a stop to it.

Totally fucking related:
In his first run for Congress, Cotton leaned heavily on his military service, claiming to have been "a U.S. Army Ranger in Iraq and Afghanistan," and, in a campaign ad, to have "volunteered to be an Army Ranger." In reality, Cotton was never part of the 75th Ranger Regiment, the elite unit that plans and conducts joint special military operations as part of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
Rather, Cotton attended the Ranger School, a two-month-long, small-unit tactical infantry course that literally anyone in the military is eligible attend. Soldiers who complete the course earn the right to wear the Ranger tab — a small arch that reads "Ranger" — but in the eyes of the military, that does not make them an actual Army Ranger.
...
Reached for comment, Cotton spokesperson Caroline Tabler told Salon in an email, "Senator Cotton graduated from Ranger school and is more of a Ranger than a Salon reporter like you will ever be." (It is not immediately clear whether Tabler herself is a Ranger, or whether she graduated from Ranger school. Further, Tabler, a spokesperson for Cotton's Senate office, copied the office's chief of staff, Doug Coutts, on the email, but to a Cotton campaign address; senate offices may not coordinate with campaigns.

How do members of Congress get their staff? Does the RNC choose people and assign them? Do state delegations help out filling different office roles? I'm thinking of the guy who was Nicole Boebert's communications director. He was described as "seasoned" having worked for McConnell and at the Department of Transportation (I think) So the guy quits after only a few days working for her. His official picture was in an article. I kid you not. He looked like a TEENAGER!
Do they stick the youngest staffers with the crazies? Despite his youth, he was smart enough to scram. The point I'm getting to is that Boebert, Cawthorn, and that Marjorie QAnon thing are not only outshined intellectually by their colleagues, but their staff members all have college degrees and Capitol Hill experience. Boebert is a H.S. drop out. I can't imagine what smart career minded staffers would want to do with these low information ninnies.

R131: That's not necessarily true. It depends below which vertebrae the spinal injury occurred. And erections are caused by a combination of brain (psychogenic) and physical stimulation (reflexogenic). I'm a medical professional, but I don't have the energy to type it all out, lol. The linked site explains it just as well as I could. The little bit I know about his accident--the fact that he had his feet propped up on the vehicle's dashboard at the time, thus making injury to the lowest part of the spine, the sacral plexus, where the nerves required for reflexogenic erection are located, much more likely--makes me more likely to believe he cannot get any meaningful erection. That said, despite essentially claiming TBI as the reason why he could no longer take classes online through Harvard after his accident, his trauma surgeon is quoted as saying his head was his only major body system not severely affected, so anything is possible, but doubtful.

Such an all-around waste of space this guy is. (i.e. a 'useless eater,' as Hitler would refer to him). Do recall that Hitler ordered that such German invalids was best used as medical experimental subjects. Hence, they were starved to death or dissected alive - much like the Japanese Unit 731. These horrific experimental testers were granted immunity in exchange for sharing their much-valued data on how these invalids lived after being vivisectioned alive.
It's too bad that this asshole Cawthorn guy does not know his true value. Perhaps he could best serve his masterrace masters by availing himself for experimental purposes?

CNN reporter Pamela Brown is the daughter of former Miss America Phyllis George and former Kentucky Governor John Y. Brown, Jr.

Brown nailed the wheelchair Nazi.

I disagree. Yes, she got in some good jabs, but she also let him get away with too much. She didn’t hold his feet to the fire. Then again, he wouldn’t have felt it so.
She didn’t harp on his interpretation of the clause in the Constitution.
She didn’t nail him down as to why ballot boxes being placed is equivalent to “harvesting ballots.”
She didn’t follow up with why his state was “the most secure” when they did the same thing Wisconsin did.
She didn’t delve deep enough into why he describes the insurrection as “despicable,” yet he was on the stage possibly inciting it. She didn’t play the tape of him imploring people to “lightly threaten” their congresspersons.
I wish he would’ve gone on with Cuomo, Cooper or someone a little more brash. Watching it had me sitting like Jim Garrison in [italic]JFK[/italic] saying “Ask the question. Ask the question!”

R137: hmm., if he has lost sexual function, why has he been accused of sexual harassment and assault at the college he went to (and dropped out of). That was after his accident, right? Does that effectively disprove the allegations or was he just trying to be one of the bros? Or can he still feel sexual desire/arousal despite the injury, just an inability to stay hard?
Often the disabled are portrayed as pure and innocent.
I'm not sure what treacle you're watching, but how people are "portrayed" is often a lot different from how they are treated, and the disabled are treated pretty poorly by our culture and our institutions.
The glee some folks relish while mocking this nazi for being "a cripple" is a bit too much. Mock him for being a liar and a Nazi, and mock the obvious disconnect he has as a disabled Nazi, but calm the fuck down with your gross excitement for finally being able to "stick it to disabled people." Pipe the fuck down.

We have NOT heard that one yet. Nope. Not even on Every. Fucking. Thread.
Nope.

R144, people like this guy are hard to deal with in interviews because everything they say is a lie. You have to focus on just one or two things to get anywhere.
by Anonymous | reply 156 | January 24, 2021 9:38 PM |
R6 why dies he sign his last name with a u instead of w and without an r? Or does he not know cursive?
Apparently the better you know him the more you hate him.

So this guy slanders the "best friend" who pulled him out of the burning car by standing before a crowd and tell them "he left me to die" . Madie's a moral cripple.
by Anonymous | reply 168 | January 28, 2021 1:20 AM |
If that is true, I hope the friend sues the fuck out of him.
by Anonymous | reply 169 | January 28, 2021 3:26 PM |
He got owned in an interview on CNN this weekend. This kid doesn't know shit. Even what he believes himself. He's being told what issues he needs to address and then is prepped poorly. They saw a young disabled tool they can use and then exploited it. And seriously from upthread he has the penmanship of an eight yr old. I had an an ex who wrote like that in his 30s and there was definitely a man child quality to him I assume this guy has.
by Anonymous | reply 170 | January 28, 2021 3:34 PM |
Well he probably has a colostomy bag, so there plenty of room to stick a hand up his asshole and make a puppet out of him, but that doesn’t forgive him at all.
by Anonymous | reply 171 | January 28, 2021 3:45 PM |
I saw that interview too R170. It was excellent. Pamela Brown literally made rags of him. CNN labelled it "Pamela Brown presses Madison Cawthorn..."
Did you notice the over the course the shredding, he got more and more flushed with stress and tension? Particularly his cheeks. It looked like he had been applying very pink blush. I was hoping his head would explode! He steadfastly stuck to his script though.
Worth a look if you haven't seen it.
It's my hope that one day Roller Nazi will turn up on Google when you Google him...
by Anonymous | reply 172 | January 28, 2021 3:49 PM |
So much revealed and so much still to learn about Roller Hick.
by Anonymous | reply 173 | January 28, 2021 3:53 PM |
R172...yes I did. Not only the flushed face but he also had the shaky nervous voice and gleaming, teary eyes people get when under distress. I loved every second of it it. And she went on for quite a long time pressing him and not letting him off hook asking for examples and proof for his claims. And the kid was mumble mouth of anxiety.
by Anonymous | reply 174 | January 28, 2021 4:00 PM |
He talks like he has a dick in his mouth.
by Anonymous | reply 175 | January 28, 2021 4:03 PM |
Wait until the truth comes out about how he became disabled. He was being spit roasted by 2 13 inch cocks and it permanently dislodged a vertebrae in his spine because he insisted they went balls deep.

He is a Deplorable Congress a Republican servant. This is practice. He already has the narcissist gene. He soon will, if not already, discovered the power of the lies and misinformation; he's on TV. He will never be held accountable by his own party. Same for Greene and Boebert. The Wicked Witch isn't dead. And it's a L O N G movie. Joy and happiness growth will be S L O W.
by Anonymous | reply 178 | February 1, 2021 4:17 AM |
I bet he fingers Marjorie Taylor Greene and they both get off on it while they talk about gun holder rights and the second amendment.
by Anonymous | reply 179 | February 1, 2021 4:29 AM |
At this point I am starting to wonder:
- Is he really a cripple? Does he lie about being an invalid to score pity points?
- Was he born male?
- Is he really white?
- Is his name really Madison Cawthorn?
by Anonymous | reply 180 | February 28, 2021 11:26 PM |
