As someone who moved to another country based on enjoyable visits: Living somewhere is completely different from visiting!

Moving to Florida might be their best bet at this point, but the Trumps are going to eventually chafe at being banished to Florida. The bar of entry is pretty low in terms of the social scene and eventually Mar a Lago will feel like a gilded cage. Does Trump really think foreign businessmen are going to continue trying to curry favor with someone who has no power? Yeah right.

FL actually has very generous bankruptcy laws R17 as well as no income tax, so yes, there are reasons.
