She does not look great, It really does look like a mask. That's terrible eye surgery she's had done. They do not suck fat out of upper eyelids. Her brow bone is an unfortunate shape and contour to start with. She looks like a bad prosthetic piece.

Do a Google image search for “Patricia Cornwell face” and you can see how her look has evolved over the years. In the early days of her career she looked normal. At some point the face started tightening up (around the time she started doing the hair brushed back behind her ears lesbi-mullet thing) and it’s gotten worse from there.

What's wrong with rich lady plastic face? I see these faces everyday but mostly just look right through them. I think that is the objective. They don't want people to really look at them and catch anything. It's suppose to be smooth, "ageless", blemish and wrinkle free, no emotion, no nothing. Just "face".

She had her facelifted long ago...this might be #2 plus cheek implants. Cheek implants do not make you look younger, they make your eyes look SMALLER, which is not youthful.
