If a plane were to crash into the Capitol building, he wouldn't care if everyone inside died, even his Vice President, who he now finds useless to him. This is, of course, presuming that Jared even gave him a heads up on this. It could have been kept from him so he wouldn't go blabbing about it before it's all said and done.
