Could an MMA fighter defeat a chimpanzee in hand to hand combat?

????????????

by Anonymousreply 27January 1, 2021 2:29 PM

The chimp has more thumbs...I choose the chimp.

by Anonymousreply 1January 1, 2021 8:07 AM

Is the chimp allowed to bite?

by Anonymousreply 2January 1, 2021 8:15 AM

The chimp would immediately rip their dick off and I don't think any martial arts training prepares a come back for that

by Anonymousreply 3January 1, 2021 8:18 AM

I'd love to see a chimpanzee rip off Ronda Rouse's ugly dyke face.

by Anonymousreply 4January 1, 2021 8:36 AM

No. Chimpanzees are crazy. They don't fight "hand to hand", they attack your ballsack then bite off your face.

by Anonymousreply 5January 1, 2021 8:58 AM

People who have chimpanzees as a pet are asking to be violently murdered.

by Anonymousreply 6January 1, 2021 9:02 AM

No. Hopefully, a gay one, with our sixth sense for danger, wouldn't even try.

by Anonymousreply 7January 1, 2021 9:08 AM

Chimpanzees have about four times the strength of regular humans. And extremely sharp teeth. A maddened bloodlusted chimp would wreck just about any weaponless human.

by Anonymousreply 8January 1, 2021 9:40 AM

I'm pretty surprised by the chimpanzee fanboying and fangirling in the replies.

Chimpanzees are smaller than the majority of people, usually reaching a maximum weight of around 55 kg.

A large MMA fighter would be over six feet tall and weigh above 100 kg.

A chimp is around 50% stronger than an average Joe. A big and athletic man could be easily twice the strength of an average Joe.

But more than the obvious misconception of a chimp’s allegedly superhuman strength, I wish to address a different point everyone's glossing over:- mentality.

Chimps are capable of acts of deadly violence. That does give our cousin an advantage over an average Joe. But chimpanzee fans are either unaware of, or overlooking a human’s capacity for violence.

There ARE humans who are capable of the same degree of deadly violence and aggression as chimps. Men and women put away in maximum security prisons because they're too savage and dangerous to society, child soldiers growing up murdering and raping in a third world country, gangsters in a criminal syndicate who commit violent crimes of death and mutilation that would traumatise any normal person to therapy.

There are certain people with chimp like, bloodlusted mentality who live to fight and kill. We need an MMA fighter with that kind of streak of violence.

A violent and depraved, big and fighting fit man who will charge full on at the charging chimp. Such a man will either mortally wound the chimp before he dies, or die after he kills the chimp out of berserker rage and disregard.

Chimps are not made of steel. They're strongly built, smallish flesh and blood creatures. Just because they are our closest extant kin doesn't mean we have to crank their actual capabilities up to superhuman levels.

Can scrawny little me survive a chimp attack? No. Can a strong person fight off a chimp? Maybe. Can a very strong person kill a chimp? Maybe not. Can a very strong person full of murderous rage and disregard for personal safety kill a smaller, somewhat weaker creature with fangs and the same killer mindset? Quite possibly, yes.

So can an MMA fighter defeat and kill a chimp? If he's a beast like the chimp is, then yes. But at the cost of serious injury, or even death.

No.

Take a look at Ms. Nash. Maybe her body wasn’t as strong, fast, and conditioned as a MMA fighter’s, but her face wasn’t all that different from any other.

Or Mr. Davis:

Here’s Andrew Oberle. Note his hands, or lack thereof:

Now take a look at the type of weapons that mutilated these poor people:

Chimp. More agility, aggression and power per lbs.

by Anonymousreply 14January 1, 2021 10:03 AM

A couple more if you’re not yet convinced. The chimp would zero in on your fingers, hands, face, eyes, genitals, toes, and feet. But not your ears. At least not right away. They do this for a reason: to inflict grievous, crippling injury with minimal effort. You can still fight without an ear. Chimp attacks are well documented, their behavior when attacking humans quite predictable.

The muscles you don’t typically see under the fur, and the balls to back it up:

Even if chimps are only 1.1 *times as strong* as a human, they’re blindingly fast, have four hands, powerful teeth and jaws, predatory instincts, cunning intelligence, and no empathy.

Take another look at Ms. Nash, after her FACE TRANSPLANT. Notice her missing fingers? Her other hand is GONE.

MMA fighters don’t do this to each other. If you still think an unarmed, bare knuckled brawler would have ANY CHANCE AT ALL against an adult, male chimp intent on doing harm, you might be a fanboy.

A human being can also tear another person's face with just his hands.

Rudy Eugene (The "Miami Cannibal" or "Miami Zombie" as he became known), was an African American of Haitian descent, 31, who was killed by the Miami police when he was caught committing acts of cannibalism against homeless Ronald Poppo, 65, on the Memorial Day weekend (Wednesday (30th)). Throughout the attack, Ronald, still alive, screamed like a madman on a pedestrian overpass at McArthur viaduct in downtown Miami. According to medical sources, Eugene ate the victim's ears, nose, eyeball and part of his face. For almost 18 minutes, Eugene hit the man and took off his clothes before starting to bite him in the face.

Christ. Fuck those pictures and fuck your ghoulish ads for posting them.

by Anonymousreply 19January 1, 2021 10:25 AM

A fully grown chimp, oh hell no. A fully grown chimp would immediately use its teeth to tear a human to bits. And a grown chimp is 4 times stronger than a human of similar size.

You think you could survive an attack from something like this?

The only ape that humans can beat is maybe orangutans, which often prefer to throw some woods at you then climb up a tree.

r5 Why are they going after ballsack? Are they gay?

by Anonymousreply 23January 1, 2021 11:51 AM

R23 silly, first attack the enemy at his weakest part then attack the most vital organ. Chimps know how to kill better than you.

by Anonymousreply 24January 1, 2021 11:56 AM

No holds barred, no rules, and the chimp would win if the human is not 400-lb fat slob.

by Anonymousreply 25January 1, 2021 12:19 PM

The main thing that's a threat is their canine teeth. I would bet money on the chimp if it was an average couch potato but against someone like Saito Musashibo Bankei who was so strong that he could pulverize a human skull just by squeezing someone's face with his hand them my money is going on Saito.

by Anonymousreply 26January 1, 2021 1:51 PM

No. Chimps are incredibly strong, plus they have four hands.
