There's only room for a few Susans with unfortunate teeth.

Didn't sleeping with Al Pacino get her a career?

The seventies was a magical time for Sexy Susans!

How in the world could you talk about sexy Susans in the 70s and not mention me!!

Anspach serving up 70s realness here. Not a classic beauty, but striking.
If Frances McDormand and Toni Colette had a child, she might look like this.

She had an extremely fucked in chikdhood but overcame it and actually did fairly well early in her career. Yes she was a pretty affected actress but when she was young was highly regarded by some. Vincent Canby praised her acting.

It looks like she's battled health problems as far back as the 1980s.

She was originally cast in NASHVILLE, but then a salary dispute made Robert Altman go with Ronee Blakley, who was already supplying songs for the score.

Ronee Blakley was amazing in Nashville and should have won the Oscar over Lee Grant. Anspach could have never pulled that performance off.

She was pretty funny in "Play it Again Sam".
