I don't vehemently dislike the interior as much as some of you. For me, it's more that it feels totally mismatched to the location and the building. It feels very Miami.

We were discussing an apartment below this a while back. Someone said it was being combined with the penthouse above. Guess not.

Here's the thing - it's has NO STYLE except to show off some pop art. White everywhere and no warmth.

Look at the outside of the place - it's an amazing penthouse exterior.

I hate her without knowing her. She is a show-off, pretentious bitch.

The buyer will be able to wave to Judge Judy across the way. Her view is basically this apartment.

Why would you pay a fortune to get a view of goddamn Queens?

What Lisa Perry does is great for a concept store but not for a storied pre-war apartment. Geez.

I always try and picture the type of personality that might fit in with these "Tasteful Friends" properties. Whether it be a pop star, actor, old money or new there's always a "type" for every house. But I'll be damn if I figure out who in the world with $45 million to spend on a penthouse would see this and just "have to have it"

The apartment in the north wing below the penthouse was bought by the Perry's. Since it is not listed in the sale or separately, it's possible they are moving into after they sell the penthouse.
