For those of you who have little experience with the aged let an old guy fill you in. Someone 80 years old, even someone who looks as good as RW, never knows from day to day what physical or mental disaster is going to befall them. They can be doing great one day and a day later they can be at death's door. The internal workings of an 80 year old body, no matter how good it looks on the outside, can fail at the drop of a hat. Someone that old can become completely incapacitated in just a day or so or literally go to bed feeling as well as an 80 can feel, and be dead by morning.

I'm 67 and trust me, I'm already at the point where I never know what new physical problem I'm going to wake up to the next day.

It's been said a million times, but I'll say it again. Getting old is not for sissies.
