Every single time I anally douche, I break out in a bad rash over the course of the next few days.

I bleed more during anal if I've douched. It does wear away at the lining. It's better to just watch your diet for a day or two before you're going to have sex. Guess that rules out any surprise sex encounters, but it'll be a more pleasant experience.
