I can't stand the transphobia here.

Trannie hate stems from them overplaying their hand with their activism.

Instead of promoting inclusiveness, they veer toward entitlement and the public get turned off by it.

In Australia, we ended up having a theatre show shut down because the trannies complained they were entitled to be cast above others in a role that wasn't even a trans role. They don't even do their homework.

The theatres had been shut down for months and finally a chance to open and actors gaining employment was twarted by activist trannies.

They cant help themselves.

I have never noticed any bisexual hate here. But like R2 says, the transgender community is creating a great deal of drama for the gay and lesbian community. So much trouble to pacify so few. That's why there is anger towards some, not all. The description of the theatrical issue in Australia is disgusting. I live in New York City and I have not had any dealings with obvious transgenders, only some unwanted passes that didn't even involve a conversation, so it is easy to just walk away from that. Whoever decided to add the T on in the community's name didn't realize what would happen when they began to make all these unreasonable demands. I'm glad I'm nearing retirement age and have obtained an "I don't give a fuck" attitude about them. They deserve equal rights, not SPECIAL rights, just as gays and lesbians do. They have turned the world of taking a piss or a shit upside down with their bathroom demands, especially the psychotic bearded uglies who think just because they are wearing a dress, they can use the women's room. R5 Not new, but I've never seen it, or if like you say, it comes from one or two people, just looked right past it. I've notice a lot of negativity towards transgenders which could be why the bisexual bashing isn't as noticeable to me. I've had encounters myself with plenty of bisexual people, those in bad marriages or men on the downlow, and when they've wanted to extend it past a quickie or one nighter declined. I consider it a betrayal if you are in a marriage where there is still sex to stray, and I've never wanted to be "the other man" so to speak, even if the primary spouse was female. That's the only issue I've had with bisexuals. The negativity towards transgenders is a combination of anger and simple not wanting to understand. I'm simply apathetic towards them. It's only based on what I have read in a negative context that has made me not really feel any sympathy towards a good majority of them. I've had several acquaintances who were transgender, very sweet and attentive, but something I could not put my finger on made me reluctant to get too close to them.

I haven't thought about bisexuals in a long time. I've been friendly with a number of bisexual women but have never encountered a truly bisexual man. Not once, FWIW.

About a decade ago, I had mutual friends with a female "bisexual activist" who kept lecturing us all about bisexual invisibility and erasure (the equivalent of murder, in her eyes). She would constantly interrupt conversation about lesbian and gay issues to insert "the B word", even when it made little sense. (What, for example, is a "bisexual bar?" Or "bisexual parenting?") I found her insufferable and cut off any/all ties with her. It was a good lesson for me how someone else's agenda could actually impede progress for the larger group, ie, lesbians and gays.

Because trannies are the enemy of gay men. They want to erase us from history, our communities.

I said years ago that a sizeable number of gays and lesbians were actually undiagnosed transgenders (one trip to a club or pride parade will illustrate that). But because of societal pressures, self-loathing, ignorance, expense... people just got under the Gay umbrella.

We hate trannies because they took over our community, derailed our civil rights movement, and ultimately used us as a stepping stone to get into the spotlight only to use that opportunity to say that trans people are the most oppressed group, gay men are the least oppressed group, etc etc. The cherry on top is their erasure of gay civil rights history and self-insertion into it, which is starting to make straight people see gay and trans as interchangeable.

People who claim to be bisexual aren't my problem; in fact, they aren't a problem at all. Once you know what you're getting into, you just have to hope they aren't promiscuous. Many gay men enjoy the depths of depravity as far as being gay is concerned, so I don't step on anyone's preferences or peccadilloes as far as sexual (or even emotional) gratification is concerned.

Trannies, however, are mentally-ill and attention-seeking. They have nothing to do with sexual orientation, and everything to do with personal confusion, psychological hurdles, and whatever else they feel is impeding them from just living as a regular human being. The trend of Mengele-ing the fuck out of young people (e.g., Jazz Jennings) to fit into a trend or a passing fancy is one of the most horrific things that modern-day society is experiencing. Most of the anti-trans posters are rightwingers and alt-righties who can often be seen on other threads saying racist, homophobic and antisemitic stuff, complaining about immigrants, praising Brexit and BJ and Trump, linking to The Blaze and shilling for their new blogs and forums since their original forums were shut down.

One of the biggest signs that they're part of a small alt-right group of trolls is the huge number of WWs they receive. They've been abusing the system for years by using sockpuppets in the exact same way the rightwingers do.

They are frequently straight women and will say homophobic things to regulars and have in the past FFed gays to ban them from their own board. Then they complain incessantly about how gays are all "cruel" and "promiscuous." The user Atschmid on Reddit used to post here, maybe still does, but they got redtagged in a 600 Lbs Life thread a long time ago and were outed as one of these anti-trans trolls. This is the kind of thing she says about DL and gays, and most of the anti-trans ladies say the same things.

Here's a good one, a comment on Against Men, a community for cataloging all the offenses men have committed since the dawn of time, and a commenter saying all black women are anti trans because of posts on Lipstick Alley, and all gay men are anti trans because of posts over here.

That's another thing the anti trans trolls do, they go to boards dedicated to a certain demographic and spam them with anonymous/sockpuppet posts, then post elsewhere saying "Hey look, the gays agree with us" or "The blacks agree with us" or what have you.

Not that long ago, trans threads would disappear routinely because they wouldn't go the way the anti-trans trolls wanted them to, so they'd FF their own thread until it disappeared. They also did it if there was info they didn't want mentioned, like the time they all chatted amongst themselves about how they were straight women who posted on Mumsnet and Kiwifarms all the time. Kind of a mistake considering so many of them were pretending to be lesbians.

R59, not that long ago threads on trans issues on DL would automatically disappear because of the fascist craze that had swept the internet and media, which ruled that there must be no questioning of trans claims and anyone who said something like "transwomen are men" or "lesbians don't have penises" was deemed to be more evil than a Nazi concentration camp guard.

Thankfully that fascist trend has somewhat declined in many instances, although I note that in public discourse in the US any questioning of the gender ideology is still mostly immediately struck down. Thankfully in the UK we're a little able to have some discussion as to whether, for example, it's a good idea to give 12 year olds puberty blockers.
