It’s all boxes of square footage. I guess if I had money to burn. But you can get the same square footage for 1/2 the price down the street and make it nice. New construction is such a rip off.

I don't hate it like I expected to. The bay windows are actually a nice touch.
But as someone who actually cooks, I have to laugh at their idea of an "expansive kitchen".

The bay windows actually work well - great light and interesting living room footprints. I'm not loving the floorplans however - too many tiny rooms shoved into the meager square footage, too much space wasted on a multitude of squinty hallways, etc. Some of the largest units are better laid out. As already mentioned, all of the units are absurdly expensive.
