The Related Companies = Stephen Ross.

So, NO!!!

by Anonymousreply 211/21/2020

In Chelsea? They should have called it Slattern House.

by Anonymousreply 311/21/2020

Which one are we looking at in particular OP?

by Anonymousreply 411/21/2020

They all kind of look alike @R4

by Anonymousreply 511/21/2020

I actually quite like it.

by Anonymousreply 611/21/2020

The guy at the pool is cute. Does he come with the condo?

by Anonymousreply 711/21/2020

I love it.

The traffic looks light too!

It’s all boxes of square footage. I guess if I had money to burn. But you can get the same square footage for 1/2 the price down the street and make it nice. New construction is such a rip off.

Just get on the wait list for the Fulton House or Elliott House - save some money.

I don't hate it like I expected to. The bay windows are actually a nice touch.

But as someone who actually cooks, I have to laugh at their idea of an "expansive kitchen".

The bay windows actually work well - great light and interesting living room footprints. I'm not loving the floorplans however - too many tiny rooms shoved into the meager square footage, too much space wasted on a multitude of squinty hallways, etc. Some of the largest units are better laid out. As already mentioned, all of the units are absurdly expensive.

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Don't you just LOVE clicking on these things on every single site you visit? I know we do! You can thank the EU parliament for making everyone in the world click on these pointless things while changing absolutely nothing. If you are interested you can take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT and we'll set a dreaded cookie to make it go away. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
