Has anyone tried to make White Castle stuffing?

How was it? Did it just taste like mashed up hamburgers? ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ”

I like White Castle a lot, won't lie, but that looks disgusting.

LOL a bowl of hamburger chunks. I would eat that.

Itโ€™s not hamburger chunks. Itโ€™s stuffing, I plan to stuff my hole with it before baking.

It's hamburger chunks with a few spices and some broth added. Here's the recipe from OP's link:

Ingredients:

10-12 White Castle Sliders (you can find them in the freezer aisle at grocer stores nationwide or pick them up from local restaurant. Just make sure they don't have pickles!) 1 ยฝ cups diced celery 1 ยผ teaspoons ground thyme 1 ยฝ teaspoons ground sage ยพ teaspoons coarse ground black pepper ยผ cup chicken broth or 1 cup for casserole version

We made it one year when we had a pack of pissy gay people in the neighborhood over for Thanksgiving. We were new in the area but they all had had their ways to put us down, so we had a piss-elegant dinner and did the White Castle dressing. We left the pickles in so that we'd have a conversation starter, and the biggest mouth found one and did an "Ah do declare" routine, allowing us to explain.

It was a lovely day.
