No, it's just someone who knew that these rightwing UK ladies would lose their minds if they were called "Klan Grannies," and he was right. R34, the term has been confused a lot, because the racist UK ladies who flood the BLM threads, the Confederate statue threads, the Meghan Markle threads, the anti-trans threads, etc. have taken to spamming DL with complaints about the Klan Granny troll, saying he's the "real racist."

The troll is the guy who originally called these British racist women "Klan Grannies." He was complaining about their racism.

Because it's easy to fool Dataloungers, the British ladies have somewhat successfully morphed the "Klan Granny troll" moniker into meaning "a racist troll." But he's not, or at least the original wasn't. It wouldn't surprise me if someone is pretending to be KGT while starting racist threads.
