Seventeen-year-old Millie Kessler spends her days trying to survive high school and the cruel actions of the popular crowd while her home life isn’t much better with a single, overworked dad who she feels doesn’t understand her. But when she wakes up in her dad’s body, her senior year becomes the least of her worries. Millie first begins to suspect things are awry when she gets awoken by morning wood and now has to navigate the turmoils of her new body: back hair, shaving, peeing standing up, while her father Ben navigates the hell that is high school: mean girls, tampons, having your period, losing your virginity, teen pregnancy. But things really get complicated when Millie stumbles upon her dad’s big secret - he has a separate secret family and is also the town’s elusive serial killer. Will walking a mile in each other’s shoes help them better understand each other’s differences and accept each other for who they are? Will love and family conquer all or will Millie forever be stuck in the body of a middle-aged dad forever?

He played a serial killer really well in "Clay Pigeons" a film I highly recommend.
But yeah, he's a fat, drug/drink addicted fucking asshole trump retard.

Who is the intended audience for this creepy sounding movie supposed to be?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | November 15, 2020 1:31 AM |
How many 17-year-olds are named "Millie" these days?

Saw this. It was good.

The serial killer twist is interesting. I'll probably watch it.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | November 15, 2020 1:48 AM |
We are getting real crappy movies at the theaters. It’s like they want us to stay away.

What would that entail? Fred and Ethel Mertz switching bodies? Fred having a time getting Ethel's girdle on and Ethel having a time with Fred's high-waisted trousers?
by Anonymous | reply 10 | November 15, 2020 1:56 AM |
Vince is a trumpster.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | November 15, 2020 1:56 AM |
R5, It’s not anymore creepy than when Lindsay Lohan switched bodies with Jodie Foster. This movie is for fans of the original Freaky Friday.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | November 15, 2020 1:57 AM |
Vince Vaughn??? There’s a name I have heard in 20 years.

Millie's gonna make a comeback unlike other old names like Doris.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | November 15, 2020 2:19 AM |
Does anyone really want to see a movie about Vince Vaughn trying to figure out how to insert a tampon?

Maybe those people that listen to garbage like Joe Rogan.

Vince has always been good at playing creepy characters. But then he started doing comedies in the 00s with Ben Stiller.
Anyway this looks like fun and i really enjoyed Happy Death Day. I think the better comparison would be The Hot Chick and not Freaky Friday.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | November 15, 2020 8:05 AM |
He's not her dad in the movie.

Vince Vaughn finally understands the difference between vaginal and clitoral orgasm in FREAKY FRIDAY! , now streaming on Disney+
by Anonymous | reply 23 | November 15, 2020 8:39 AM |
Disney keeps hiring bigot idiots.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | November 15, 2020 8:41 AM |
The losing her virginity scene is so funny. We finally get to watch Vince Vaughn get fucked on screen! Well, technically it’s the daughter’s body but you know what I mean. Mentally it’s Vince!

by Anonymous | reply 35 | November 18, 2020 4:47 PM |
Disney had a reputation for hired troubled stars, getting talent at a reduced price. There were jokes about hiring people right out of Betty Ford back in the 80s. It's always had some reputation for being a cheapskate studio, so maybe it's trying this strategy again.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | November 18, 2020 8:27 PM |
He’s a far, alcoholic, washed-up actor full of deplorable rage with a movie to sell. Rehab yourself first, then your image.
This shit with Trump supporters is going to be like Germany after they surrendered during WWII. Suddenly, no one ever supported or loved Hitler. Funny how that works.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | November 19, 2020 3:05 AM |
Interesting Fact: Someone edited the wiki page for this movie and removed every instance of the word "gay."
by Anonymous | reply 38 | November 19, 2020 3:10 AM |
R38 I doubt that Russian twink actor is playing a pussyhound in the film. I don't even think he's one in real life either from the looks of him.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | November 19, 2020 3:30 AM |
R39 He flat out says he's gay in the movie. The wiki page used to list him as "Millie's gay best friend" and another actor as "Josh's boyfriend." That was all removed a few days ago.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | November 19, 2020 3:36 AM |
R38 that's weird....I wonder if whoever edited it even bothered to watch the trailer.

Vince shared a kiss with Kathryn’s love interest.

by Anonymous | reply 43 | July 11, 2021 7:00 AM |
I must admit I quite enjoyed the movie despite Vaughn playing a lead character. Maybe because ... SPOILER ALERT ... the gay BFF survives.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | July 11, 2021 7:40 AM |
R44 the gay and black bffs thought they were going to die lol

I just saw this film recently on HBO On Demand and would have ignored it were it not directed by Christopher Landon (who did the nutty Happy Death Day and Happy Death Day 2U).
Landon's films have a wicked sense of humor.

R52 There is a difference between a film and a movie.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | October 7, 2021 1:39 PM |
R52 ahh that makes sense. They're definitely more fun compared to some other Blumhouse movies.
