Actors/Actresses who kept their looks into old age
Paul Newman was sexy until the end.
Until recently (and despite his politics) Clint Eastwood was pretty well put together
Robert De Niro his something about him that translates into desirability although I can't quite quantify it.
Until the very final years, Lauren Bacall maintained her look, and even then carried off her persona.

Susan Sarandon had a long run....so did Audrey Hepburn. Oh, and of course Jane Fonda--even though it's obvious she had work done.

Constance Towers has retained an elegance and beauty into her old age. She was around 80 when this was taken, and looks great:

Hugh Grant is beginning to resemble Boris Karloff in "The Mummy."
(60 is not THAT old.)

R3, Audrey Hepburn died at 65 which is not that old. Jane Fonda is in her 80s. She's had work done, but it has been well done. The thing that strikes me is not her face but her gait. She's had both hips replaced and knee replacement surgeries. If you watch her in Grace and Frankie, she moves like an oldster because of her hips, IMO.
Agree with R21 about Ali McGraw, now over 80. Think it applies as well to Lily Tomlin, the same age, in a video from earlier this year with Jane Fonda.

I don't think Audrey aged well. She looked old before she turned 50
I can't believe someone upthread mentioned Faye Dunaway. She's the poster child for bad plastic surgery

Unfortunately, Lily Tomlin look like a Muppet these days...

Lauren Bacall looked ragged by the time she was 25. All that drinking and smoking with the original Rat Pack.

I was so sad to hear she died of colon cancer at the relatively young age of 72, R37. She was a lovely person.

Canadian songwriting icon Joni Mitchell doesn't look that different than how she looked in the 1980s.
Please someone tell her to stop with the cigarettes.

Good photo, R50. This is what Madge was going for, with the chicken cutlets. Didn't work out too well, though.
