I tried this recipe and it wasn’t bad. Pay no mind to all the shirtless muscle posing.

Making it again after a fasted morning workout.

What would this TEENBOPPER know about nutrition?

Do you type "casted" instead of "cast," too?

Fasted as in “fasted state,” R3.

Nice!

Have you seen his body, R2? He obviously knows a thing or two about nutrition.

Is that a blue lives matter cap? Be careful, could be a Trump supporter.

He reminds me very much of myself, if only I wasn’t old, fat and pasty.

“Make High Protein French Toast“
I’m guessing his body produced the high protein topping.

He’s lovely to look at, butI fear there would be a stench of protein powder farts.

little twink

There is nothing "high protein" about his breakfast. Cancel the bread and add two eggs + ham and you have a high protein breakfast. And his recipe is as basic as you can get for standard French toast....that everyone already knows how to make. No revelation here (except his fit bod).
Mumbling, illiterate himbo's French toast probably tastes good, just like a bagel, a muffin or a stack of pancakes....but nothing about it is helping his fitness or health.

He’s 18 years old, R14. What kind of world class food were you cooking at that age?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | November 15, 2020 2:47 PM |
I did my best from the moosewood cookbook

Hunkboy advertises it as "anabolic" French toast, r15, and OP sells it as "high protein." But it's not one bit different from the French toast my mother made in the 1960s.
Oh, and yes, that does look like the Blue Lives Matter hat he's wearing. Does that always mean a Trumpeter?

I need no advice on anything fundamental from an 18-year-old.

When I was 18 I was making French toast the exact same way, but I would never advertise it to anyone as some great secret, "high protein" recipe, like I discovered something home cooks have been doing for centuries.

What’s the difference, R17?

Needs to get rid of that curly-adjacent hair.
