Dave Wasserman on PA:
New: Biden wins Beaver Co., PA's provisionals 258 to 164, even though Trump won the county overall 58%-41%. Not clear provisionals will cut into Biden's statewide margin at all; if I had to bet they'll pad Biden's margin quite a bit.

We are in the kiddie of an authoritarian takeover. I really don’t see Biden being sworn into office on the 20th. The gop is doing everything in their power to prevent it.

A YouTube Video from a year ago came up on my feed about Trump needing to win in 2020 so that the statute of limitations would run out on his election finance fuckery with Michael Cohen. There's a 5-year statute of limitations on campaign finance crimes that would have saved him if he'd been re-elected in 2020, as they won't indict sitting presidents. They should, but the current polarized Senate won't.
This isn't just about grifting his followers. Trump is seriously terrified--has been terrified for months--that he WILL be indicted in January if he can't find a way to win this election. For the first time possibly ever, cold hard reality is intruding on his fragile pink bubble of fantasy. He's finally gotten himself into a situation he can't bribe or bluster his way out of.
As January comes closer and closer, he's going to become more and more combative and crazy. After it becomes clear that the election is a done deal and even the most hardcore Republicans won't back him, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Trump had a stress-induced stroke. THAT would be exactly what he deserves, to sit drooling in a wheelchair like Joe Kennedy.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | November 9, 2020 10:08 PM |
And on that note R7, this is why we are in danger right now. Everything that is happening is a delicate and fragile scenario that can easily spiral out of control. Please, for the rest of your days, vote only blue. Never, ever ever forget what they are doing right now. We have never been closer to an all-out disaster than the Civil War and Civil Rights. Be aware, be smart, and take care of yourselves. Until we get Joe to Inauguration, literally anything, and I do mean anything, can happen.

Nothing is gonna come out of Trump’s efforts to reclaim the presidency unless the GOP wants another civil war. They don’t. They just want to fill their pockets and live good lives while the common people starve and live in dirt.
The only danger I see is that some crazy Trumper goes on a shooting spree, because many of his followers are mentally unstable.

by Anonymous | reply 15 | November 9, 2020 10:29 PM |
I used to think they should just let Trump go if he would shut up, but it's clear now that our constitution means nothing to him, the dignities of the office mean nothing to him, the traditions of government mean nothing to him. He's an evil, destructive man who would destroy everything in one of his narcissistic rages.
They need to indict his ass on January 20th, lock him in prison and throw away the key. Until then, everyone take care of yourselves. I agree that this situation is becoming more fragile by the moment. The firing of the Secretary of Defense, the one who WOULDN'T deploy troops against American citizens, is scary as hell.

The Supreme Court isn't going to save them. Even the most partisan of judges needs *something* to work with and, right now, the Trump campaign hasn't been able to find a damn thing. the white female Evangelical vote is huge. No matter how I tried, I could not convince those I knew that Trump was a worse candidate. They were, in most cases, one-issue voters. Abortion. Even though I proved that abortion numbers go down in Democrat administrations, and that Trump's morals probably added to the # of abortions, it didn't matter. He had a big fat "R" after his name so he was the choice.

well, those people may soon have to put everything on the table r52. If Roe v Wade is actually overturned, every state race becomes a referendum on abortion policy, and a very specific referendum: Is abortion ever allowed, under any circumstances, and if you are pro-life, why any exceptions? Does the woman go to jail, or just the doctor? If just the doctor, why? Everything will be very bitter, very angry, but worst for the pro-life types, very specific. They have actually been coasting on a vague, let's save fetuses message for decades. When people start spelling out the actual implications of what happens when abortion is outlawed, how will they fare?

People don't mention this, but we're actually still waiting on total results in California. I see where in some counties, they're not even in the 70 percentile range yet. One really close race is the 25th district for the House of Representatives where we're trying to oust Trump Rethug Mike Garcia. That's the seat where first-time Democratic congresswoman, Katie Hill, had to resign over a sex scandal. Let me tell you - that was so painful, because the seat had been red for so long, and it was quite the local victory. Unfortunately, Garcia won in a special election earlier this year. Yeah - they held a special election during lockdown for a seat that would last nine months.
It's neck and neck, back and forth between Garcia and Democrat Christy Smith. She only took the lead again a few hours ago. 50.2% to 49.8% (Right now 87% of the vote is in.)

One of the biggest surprises of the 2020 election was Zapata County, TX. Trump became the first R pres. nominee since 1920 to carry this 94% Hispanic county. He got 2,032 votes there, double his 1,029 in 2016. Not a huge county, but Zapata was emblematic of his gains in the RGV.

I think he got more of his base to vote. 2016 was not a high turnout election, but Republicans still beat Democrats in turn out in swing states. Trump and Republicans since 2015 have been aware that a significant number of rural and noncollege white people were not registered or regular voters. They decided to try to appeal mainly to them To activate them into a reliable political force. Democrats should have realized he was largely succeeding when record high early turnout was reported in deep red states such as Tennessee.

If you're a Trumpist, you remember all those #NotMyPresident bumper stickers.
You remember Hillary and her minions claiming she only lost because Putin interfered with the election.
Or Comey.
That Trump wasn't the legitimate president.
So you're probably feeling that "The Dems" weren't the least bit gracious when your guy won so why should you treat their victory any differently?
(Nazis have feelings too.)
But seriously, for many of them, it's just giving it to "the Dems" the same way many Democrats gave it to Trump.
And they see all the Democrats who will go to their graves believing Putin stole the 2016 election for Trump as no different than all the Trumpists who will go to their grave believing the 2020 election was stolen by,... someone.
Point being, we should not be surprised that they need time to vent.

MIAMI — From the time President Donald Trump took office, he focused on the Latino vote in Florida, and according to figures coming out of the state, it paid off on Election Day, especially in Miami-Dade County, the most populous in the state.
Around 55 percent of Florida's Cuban-American vote went to Trump, according to NBC News exit polls, while 30 percent of Puerto Ricans and 48 percent of "other Latinos" backed Trump. Trump won the coveted battleground state with its 29 electoral votes.
Trump drastically improved his support in Miami-Dade County, going from 333,999 votes in 2016 to at least 529,16 votes this year. Biden, however, wasn’t able to grow Democratic support in the county. Clinton got 624,146 votes there in 2016 and with 95 percent of the vote tallied, Biden had 613,086.
Trump's popularity also seems to have affected down-ballot races, with two House Democrats from South Florida losing in early ballot returns to Republican challengers:Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, the first South American-born member of Congress, was trailing Carlos Gimenez, the Miami-Dade County mayor, and Rep. Donna Shalala was trailing TV host and commentator Maria Elvira Salazar.

Yes, and this is why the Republicans want to keep Trump happy despite being a fat ugly pig. He drives out new crazy voters for their party. The R really believe now (Like a cult) that they will never get the WH again if they don’t take it back. It’s also why people around the globe pray for Trump to die.

8 Million "silent" Trump voters? Bullshit. I'd imagine the GOP isn't really that eager for Trump to stir the pot and uncover the origin of these 8 Million votes that magically favor the Republicans. Because that's what is going to happen if Trump insists on investigating voter fraud.

I don't know what the key is to getting more democrats to the polls. But we clearly have some kind of an emerging Hispanic problem. Hispanics were supposed to be the saviors that were going to turn certain states blue, but instead we've learned that the Pope has a bigger grip on them than their own personal well being. If they're voting for the guy who called them rapists and murderers to their faces, then we can't count on them. Here’s the most important things we learned from 2020 election:
1) universality of communication is a big reason for why polling is not as predictive as it was.
2) irregular voters are no longer asymmetric. Just as we weren’t able to turn out our irregular voters in 2016 /
it is an open question as to whether the irregular voters who turned out for Trump were a one off thing based on Trump’s celebrity or whether they’re dedicated to the GOP.
3) whether the irregular voters were a function of Trump’s turnout machine or whether the ease of VBM /2
in this election may go a long way to determining whether they stay engaged in the process.
4) the GOP may have huge Trump problem. Or there may be a lot more culture warriors than have shown up in high quality polling.
5) the rural/urban (suburban) gap is real and getting /3
to be a chasm.
6) for polling to be relevant in the middle third of the 21st Century, we’re going to have to find new methods of reaching people. This isn’t to say there weren’t high quality polls, but either voter screens have to change, or we have to find ways to reach /4
low propensity/irregular voters, or come up with better ways of scraping the voter files to predict and score voters and determine how they’re voting,

I think a lot of Biden voters were moderate Republicans. They voted down ballot for Republicans, but wanted to get rid of Trump because he was too crazy for them. That’s why we didn’t get as many Senate votes as Biden votes.
We’re going to have a problem, as early as the next election, with black and Latino “Macho Man” voters that want a dictator that cheats on his wife. These guys come from cultures where if a man is strong, he has babies all over the place and is always going on to the next younger woman. They admire that. Trump fit that vote. But guys like that are loose cannons.
The women of these same ethnicities do not like that. They want a stable, family man, fatherly character like Obama or Biden. That’s because these are patriarchal cultures in a lot of ways, they’re religious and men identify with “alpha males.” The Democrats are going to have to get the women out, but at the same time, in those cultures, the men don’t want to vote for a woman candidate. They want somebody with big dick energy in that role. The women are aware they’re doing the heavy lifting and they want to pick the candidates. It’s going to split the party voters.
We have to find more base. We can’t rely on Latinos who often stay home or are blatantly Republican. We can’t rely on the “alpha male” vote. I think theRepublicans got them. The Native American community showed they were an untapped power. Up to 95%+ of some tribes voted Biden in Arizona. They put Arizona in play. We need to go after them, they vote like a bloc. They hated Trump.
The other group we have to get back are disenfranchised poor. We have to get those people some money. We aren’t going to get Republican votes next time, if they run a Marco Rubio. We’ll probably lose a lot of Latino votes too.

R148 After FDR and Truman, California went through a long period of voting primarily Republican in the general election. I can still remember my grandpa telling how he and grandma were the only ones in their neighborhood who went for Adlai Stevenson. .. California went for Nixon over Kennedy. .. The state did go blue for LBJ, but most of the country didn't vote for Goldwater. .. But from Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Daddy Bush's first run, it was red. .. From Clinton on, it's been blue, but it got scary again when Schwarzenegger was elected Governor, because it seemed like the whole California-Republican-Reagan-Is-God movement was gaining steam again.

I think some of you who are in panic mode and who are concerned about the republican challenges need to just take a breath and look at the big picture at what is really driving this. Even Trump knows he's lost. As does every republican who may seemingly support him and his latest tantrums. This is about Georgia and about paying off campaign debts and keeping the base motivated for GA and 2022. Stop the Steal is the new Tea Party.
Finally if you want to see what's next in the playbook, just check out the troll threads here on DL. Have you noticed the number of threads about AOC lately? The threads about democratic moderates versus progressives. They're coming us at from both sides. We just have to be able to tune out the noise and stay focused.

Yes, we want to have compromise. Yes, we want bipartisanship. But it shouldn’t cost people wages and healthcare and education. R290, Pompeo is claiming that there is vast amount of fraud with no evidence. They’re saying Trump is going to be President again. Pompeo gave a nasty smirk when he said that. They mentioned it on CNN so it’s not just me.
The Biden admin are due $9.9 million in transition funds which they’re refusing to hand over. He can’t even get government assistance to do security checks on his potential hires.
Biden came out and talked about Covid plans, then he answered questions. They were all about Trump/Pompeo and fraud claims. Nobody cared about Covid. Biden was extremely Presidential and very tactful about what he said. It was obvious he was trying not to bait Trump and Pompeo. Said he’s talked to England, Ireland, Canada, Germany, I think France and some others. They congratulated him. Says he has to call some others back. Says he’s getting together his list of hires. He was asked if he needs to government money. He says no. Was asked if Trump’s actions hold him back. He says no. Was asked, what would you say to Trump if he’s watching now? He gave a big smile and said, I look forward to talking to you. Exuded confidence. Says he’s not planning to take legal action. Made it sound like it’s all a done deal and Trump is just some crazy crybaby. Said it was “an embarrassment,” meaning to the country. Says foreign leaders are expressing concern about our Democratic process here.
Biden is not just talking to us, he’s talking to foreign countries too. He can’t give Trump ammo to attack him. He can’t say, omg, we’re living in a dictatorship! Democracy’s over! Russia is watching. All our enemies are watching. I think Biden is smarter than people give him credit for. He’s doing his talking behind the scenes.
We should probably contribute to a Biden transition fund, since he’s not going to get that money until it’s too late.

Seth Meyers told the story of his first show 6 years ago. He wanted Amy Poehler to be his first guest as he felt she was equally responsible for his success in getting his own show. Then VP Biden was also scheduled for the first show and they had to ask him to come on second after Amy to which he graciously agreed. Joe also brought Seth an Amtrak Conductor's hat and a train whistle as gifts. Seth uses the train whistle with his sons every night.

To my mind, the easiest way to see it: the crosstabs on white voters nationwide, particularly whites without a degree In 2016, the polls *did* show Trump doing way better among those voters. In 2020, they did not. And they were dead wrong. Same story with seniors.

R334 Isn't it possible that the polls weren't wrong, but that Russia had full access to the voting machines and were able hack the tallies? I'd like to see the end comparison of pollsters predictions for in-person voting vs their predictions for mail-in.....This is why Trump and his cronies worked so hard to destroy our Postal System. They knew they had the voting machines rigged, but couldn't do so with the mail-in ballots.
They want mail-in ballots to be investigated in Pennsylvania and Arizona? Fine. As long as they let the Democrats fully investigate the voting machines in Florida and Georgia - the two states with the highest amount of machine irregularities - (add Ohio).

R343, that’s not a coincidence.
The Democratic Party in Nevada did a series of commercials. There was a loud tone, like a bell tone, then, at first, an announcer said vote by mail in ballot, and either mail your ballot or drop it off, go to this website and find out where. It was really short, maybe ten seconds, with the words written in large white letters on the screen with a blue background.
The last week or two, the commercial changed. First, you would hear the loud tone. Then, it said, it’s too late to mail your ballot, drop it off in person. Go to this website to get the locations. These were both done like it was a public service announcement. They were very plain. No visuals except for the words on the screen. They ran this on CNN. Presumably elsewhere.
Everyone in Nevada knew it was too late at least the last week. They were told, don’t even try to mail it, it’s too late.
I’m glad to hear this worked so well.

Biden and his people are refusing to respond to Trump's words and actions as if they have anything to do with the real world. They just did a broadcast on Facebook where Biden's attorney explained how all the lawsuits are getting thrown out one by one, and most are being brought by Trump himself, not the campaign. The erosion in working class Latino (besides Cuban) support worries me. We do need more Bernie type rhetoric, especially since they liked him so much in the primary. Politically it's one thing if poor whites who haven't voted Dem in decades insist they're being "left behind," another if it's the working class among the current base too! I'm starting to agree we need less emphasis on SJW stuff about "Latinx," and more economics. Apparently Trump made a whole bunch of Spanish ads targeting them. I have no idea why the Biden people didn't do more of that, but we need to improve next time. We really don't need to become the Rich People's Party in peoples' minds. And then there's low black turnout...thankfully Biden won handily, but there are traces of this in down ballot races too and I don't like these as trends. We need to work on messaging, for starters.

I just got this from the “Biden Fight Fund”:
——, as we celebrate our historic victory for Democrats across the country and the promise of a Biden-Harris Administration, Donald Trump is doubling down on lawsuits.
We are confident in our victory, and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are eager to get to work for the American people, but Trump’s lawsuits will bring this fight to court, and we need to be able to afford the legal battles ahead.
This much litigation is expensive, but we need to be prepared to fight these lawsuits regardless and ensure Trump doesn’t win them just because we don’t have the funds to fight back.
Which is why today we are re-launching our Biden Fight Fund, and why we need your help to fill it with $30 million in the coming days and weeks.
——, will you donate $25 directly to the Biden Fight Fund right now so that we can pay for the new round of legal resources for our campaign and for Democrats across the country? Click here or the buttons below to send resources directly to this effort:
If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: $25 ➞ $50 ➞ $100 ➞ $250 ➞ $500 ➞ Other ➞
——, as our team has said from the beginning this was never going to be easy, but this fight is worth it.
So while the election is over, and we understand if you were not planning on making another donation today, we hope you will contribute to the Biden Fight Fund to finish what we started.
We wouldn’t be asking if we didn’t truly need $30 million to be able to fund the legal work ahead -- we can’t run out of resources now, which is why we need to fill this fund as soon as we can.
And while $30 million seems like a lot of money, this isn’t an arbitrary number. It’s what our leadership team has projected we truly need for the fights ahead for the White House and for Democrats across the country. And we can get there if every grassroots donor chips in a little to help.
Please, will you chip in $25 to the Biden Fight Fund so that we can greenlight the necessary next steps of this legal battle and elect Democrats across the country?
If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: $25 ➞ $50 ➞ $100 ➞ $250 ➞ $500 ➞ Other ➞ Thank you for sticking with us. Together, there is nothing we cannot do.

Dave wasserman: Kim (R) just turned in an unreal performance in the Los Angeles Co. portion of #CA39 (Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar, Walnut), zooming ahead of both Trump's '16 share and her own '18 share. I'm pretty curious what happened there.

Good for Wasserman for speaking up. Maybe the actual cheating will actually be looked into this time. Fucking Russia has now hacked the vote in two elections. They just couldn't overcome the mail-in votes and overshot in many places.
I honestly think this is one of the reasons the Repugs aren't speaking up against treasonous Trump. The Democrats can't very well start bringing up the actual cheating that took place while Trump is proclaiming cheating across the land. Remember, Repugs project their crimes onto others all the time. Now, after we take over, our new Attorney General and DoJ will finally look into the hacking of the vote in 2016 and 2020.

The poll worker spoke to Ingraham on Tuesday night, though the Fox host said her guest would be kept in a silhouette and would have her voice disguised because of “her own safety concerns.” The guest claimed that she saw a Biden-Harris campaign van parked near her polling location where people were taking papers out of envelopes.
“As I walked by I looked and I thought ‘those are ballots.’ It was kind of an odd, like, what are they doing?” The poll worker said.
The poll worker claimed they walked by the van multiple times and watched the people put the “ballots” back inside the envelopes after marking them down. She said that her view was at least partially obstructed since the people had their backs to her, but then one of those people noticed her, “and the whole line moves as I walk by them. And it scared me.”
Between the coincidental elements of the poll worker’s story, the lack of solid proof, and the weirdness of the interview set-up, there were a lot of audiences who were very skeptical of Ingraham’s guest, and they didn’t hesitate to show it on Twitter:

[bold]MAGA nation tries to rally around Trump with MAGApalooza[/bold]
In 2016, President Donald Trump’s supporters — hardly known as MAGA nation at that point — jeered at the backlash to his election, mocking the pink-hatted anti-Trumpers who’d dubbed themselves “The Resistance” and marched on Washington.
On Saturday, it’s their turn to resist.
The disparate tribes of MAGA Nation — Oath Keepers, Three Percenters, Infowars fanatics, Groypers, Proud Boys, white nationalists, neo-Nazis and the people who would simply call themselves die-hard MAGA — have declared that they are simply going to show up in Washington en masse over the weekend to rally together, with the marquee event on Saturday.
The groups have assigned the gathering different names: the Million MAGA March, the March for Trump, Stop the Steal DC. But they’re all set to take place Saturday in the nation’s capital, around noon, with most set to congregate near Freedom Plaza, just east of the White House, though some groups have also suggested the Supreme Court building down the National Mall. It’s unclear how many people may show up, and past promises of massive rallies have sometimes fizzled out. Notably, organizers have not filed for permits, according to a spokesperson for the D.C. Metropolitan Police. But disinformation and extremist researchers have estimated anywhere from several hundred to several thousand may show up.....

A new poll showed close races in both of Georgia’s Senate runoffs, an unsurprising finding given how close the state’s results in the presidential election are.
According to a poll from the Republican-leaning firm Remington Research Group, Republican Kelly Loeffler is attracting the support of 49% of likely runoff voters, compared to 46% for Democrat Raphael Warnock.
In the other runoff race, Republican incumbent David Perdue leads Democrat Jon Ossoff by 4 points among likely voters, 50%-46%.
(The margin of error in the survey was 2.6 points.)

I have no doubt that Russia changed the voting results again in favor of Trump. What saved us was that they a) miscalculated the mail-in votes favoring Biden and b) focussed on states like FL instead of, say, PA.

When you take Trump out of the equation, the Repubs did quite well in this election. It's quite possible they'll keep the Senate, and they all know Biden is a moderate who can be worked with. Why would they burn the country down to support Don the Con's fantasy of being a two-term president? It doesn't make sense.
Also, down through history, all successful coups depended on the support of the military. The military hates Trump for his draft dodging and nasty comments about dead soldiers.

Genuine question. Why does it take so long to do the counts? In the U.K. we have paper ballots which are counted by hand and the election is usually called by the time the night is out with the polls closing at 10 p.m. Even in Ireland where there is a PR system with single transferable vote it doesn’t take much longer.

We know that little money or thought has gone into election security since then. You can do the math on that one.
We need to move back to a paper ballot system. I trust the mail votes far more than I trust the in person votes.
And I don't believe that Trump will win Arizona . I was nervous about it late last week, but he is not getting the balance he needs to take the lead. The margin is going to be very close though.

I don’t think any of this would be happening if not for the GA Senate runoff races. (And of course Trump being a crazy vengeful bitch). I am hoping people in government start walking out and being very public about this attempt to “burrow” Trump loyalists into government. The Republicans have gone mad. They have full on tied themselves to a reality show host. If by some miracle Dens win both seats in GA, Biden can actually get things done and clean up the mess. I totally will donate to help Dems in GA.

My theory and I am sure I’m not the only one with that theory is that Trump does all this and has been doing this (undermining of the postal votes) to deflect and distract the narrative away from the issue that he/they rigged the electronics of the in-person votes.
The postal ballots could not be electronically manipulated which is why for many months Trump has been trying to discredit this whole system.

There is going to be less than 900k overall votes cast in the 2020 elections. It is much less during midterms. The Dems need around 267k new voters to take over the state.

Well if Trump rigged electronic votes it was not done very well, since he lost both the popular vote and the electoral college by significant margins.

Not unless he can pull within 3200-3300 votes. In that case the recount is automatic. There is no provision in Arizona statute for a candidate to request a recount.

It's not that she (AOC) has so much power - she doesn't. And she's entitled to her views, her constituency elected her and her progressive platform so of course that's what she's going to espouse and support.
But in this careful time during the transition, with so much confusion and turmoil - never mind two major key Senate races in GA for Dems to win - she's be better off holding her fire until after Jan 20th. She is a highly visible, publicly popular figure with a huge platform on soc media, one that transcends what most of her colleagues has. The media covers her more than most, and people amplify her statements. It would help if she kept her cool and didn't stoke up the far-right loons with talk of "no collaboration" at this moment. Just keep it on an even keel right now.

The "don't rock the boat!" strategy doesn't work on Republicans. They, and the right wing media, will come up with some bogus accusation to justify their actions against the opposition.
Just look at the lies about Hunter Biden and his supposed illegal foreign dealings.
I rather prefer someone like AOC play hardball than lay low, because that's what Republicans see as weakness, and then they start pouncing. They are cowards through and through.

I've lived in three different areas of Georgia. The Democrats need to focus hard on turnout throughout the state. The two Atlanta area Democratic Senatorial candidates can't just focus on Atlanta and the city's suburbs and expect to win. Strong efforts have to be made in Savannah, Augusta, Columbus, Valdosta, Albany, Macon/Warner Robbins, Rome, Athens, Milledgeville, Brunswick, and the smaller towns throughout the State.
Talk to farmers, small business owners, seniors, college students, and white blue collar men and women. They won't receive the majority of the white vote; but receiving a couple+ percentage points more of them could be the determining difference.
The turnout of black voters must be heavy. Black women vote. Black men have to get the polls in record numbers.

President-elect Joe Biden will name Ron Klain, a longtime Democratic operative and close confidant, as his chief of staff as early as tomorrow morning.
Mr. Klain, a lawyer with deep experience on Capitol Hill, advising President Barack Obama and in corporate board rooms, has been seen for months as the likeliest choice to manage Mr. Biden’s team in the White House. Known for steady nerves, he also has a fierce wit, which he has frequently unleashed on President Trump on Twitter.
The choice of Mr. Klain, who first went to work for Mr. Biden in 1989 when Mr. Biden was a senator from Delaware and Mr. Klain was a recent graduate of Harvard Law School, signals that Mr. Biden intends to rely on a tight circle of Washington insiders who have been by his side for years.

One thing I noticed from every swing district republican commercial- they consistently say the same talking points burnishing the republican brand, painting conservatism in a positive light (good propaganda words used), and denigrating liberals by painting liberalism negatively. Same swing district- The Dem only talks of compromise and extols being moderate or doesn’t mention ideology at all.
Dems have got to go after conservatism. It doesn’t work, never has, and is actively detrimental to our way of life.
It’s no wonder conservatives have an easier time with messaging- they don’t have to say much to make their point. It has been drilled into our heads for decades.
