The hottest male ballet dancers are the straight guys like Sascha Radetsky (recently retired from ABT -- Charlie in Center Stage) and Zachary Catazaro.

Most Brit ballet dancers are gay, but most Russian ones are straight. However, the current batch of Bolshoi and Mariinsky male dancers are bafflingly ugly.

I love the Mark Morris Dance Group (well, 90% of the time) and especially loved watching Sam Black dance. Sadly, he's now the company's rehearsal director and no longer performs. (Also sadly, good shirtless photos of him are hard to find.)

Touché, a work for two dancers, choreographed by Christopher Rudd, explores the themes of male love. The pas de deux was created and filmed while safely quarantined at the Silver Bay YMCA Conference and Family Retreat Center in Silver Bay, New York during the COVID-19 crisis. The filmed performance received its World Premiere as part of the ABT Today virtual gala on November 23, 2020, danced by Calvin Royal III (Adam) and João Menegussi (Steve).
Dancing starts at 21:48.
I'm not sure how much longer the entire virtual gala will be on youtube.

I love several of Matthew Bourne's dancers. He seems to have a talent for hiring straight men with little or no dance experience and turning them into good, if not great dancers.
I particularly like Ewan Wardrop, the blond in the attached video.
