My first cousin died of COVID last Saturday, and another first cousin (from a different immediate family) died of it two months ago. Both wonderful women with full lives and children, relatives and friends who loved them.

I get so angry at these GOPers and Fundies who don't take this shit seriously. Why haven't they an ounce of empathy? I gotdamn guarantee if COVID struck and killed someone close to them they'd be in the sackcloth and ashes with the quickness.

All this aside, I always thought Isaac was the ugly one, too, but he looks quite nice these days.

I wonder if good-looking, able-bodied, rich white people are more conservative not out of malice but because they get better treatment so see life as fair and just and don't understand the struggles of ugly, poor, disabled and darker skinned people.
