Suicide is the final solution to temporary issues. I understand emotional pain and have been suicidal myself.
His wife must feel like a piece of shit after reading that

I hope so.

Try to avoid combining the words "final" and "solution", OP.

[quote] Burrell was married and had a child on the way.
No sympathy. Sorry. Your child will grow up never knowing you other than you offed yourself in public because you were too much of a pussy to deal with your issues.

[quote] shot himself in public
Who among us hasn’t shot himself off in public?

He was incredible on 60 Days In. They asked him to stay in for another sixty days he was so relaxed and friendly. Sad news.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | November 3, 2020 12:37 AM |
It seems he was more comfortable in the company of men.

I, for one, am pleased he only killed himself, instead of the whole family, like so many do.

I hope they yank his mail in ballot.

If she's as evil as he says, this won't bother her at all. You can't make someone else feel bad by hurting yourself.

[quote]In late October, Burrell was charged with rape and multiple counts of assault, according to Michigan court records.
[quote]He was facing five felony charges — including criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder — and had been scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 9.

So he was Trump trash? Good riddance!

People are complex. He suffered greatly. And also, going out the way he did - a suicide on a public street after an hourlong standoff with law enforcement with friends and family looking on, Facebook post - is the height of narcissism. Some people who aren't paid much had to go out in a pandemic and clean his mangled body off the street.
I supported Jon McAdams from his season of 60 Days In. And I'm glad of that.

Was he a Republican?
by Anonymous | reply 25 | November 5, 2020 9:38 PM |
Look at the image at r17 and read his 60 Days In bio:
[quote]'Nate was disappointed that, while he was stationed in Iraq on one of his two combat tours, his older brother had been arrested and was facing prison time again,' his A&E biography reads. 'He believes that the Criminal Justice System should be much tougher on criminals in order to dissuade them from returning, and he argues prisons should be more militaristic and less flexible when it comes to inmate liberties.'
Yeah, it's fair to say he was a Republican, r25.

Did his estranged wife charge him? ... 'You win! You have promised for weeks, you will ruin my life and I had no idea who I was messing with. You are right, I didn’t know who I was messing with.'

Based on the bits and pieces quoted and linked to on DL, this guy (of whom I've never heard) blames the U.S. prison system for his brother's recidivism because they weren't stern enough with him the first time, he blames his wife for being so mean that she drove him to suicide after he was charged with rape and multiple assaults, and he chose to end his life by shooting himself on a public street after a lengthy standoff with cops. Sounds like the world is better off without such a prize.

R24. Sounds like he caused others to suffer a lot, between the raping and assaulting. He did the right thing. Saved the victims of his violence having to go through a painful trial, and now I hope they - his victims - get some closure.
He did not want to spend the rest of his life in prison and offed himself, simple as that.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | November 5, 2020 10:22 PM |
R24 Nobody knows who Jon MAdams is, Nate do two seasons, and was hot...apart from the rape stuff.

There has to be something wrong with you to volunteer to go in twice for 60 days in. Those who came out seeming unaffected I think are mentally ill. I get the first time it's about 50k for 2 months work. But to go back, no. Get a real job.
