James Carville Predicts A Biden Blow-Out. I agree

This is so different from 2016.

People are crawling over broken glass to vote Trump out.

He still has his base but he hadn't added to it at all.

He's turned off huge groups of people who did not vote for Hillary but will vote for Biden: ElderStraights, Millennials and Zers, Women of all backgrounds.

Millions of people who did not vote in 2016 are voting this time just to vote against Trump

People who normally vote Republican (but are not part of the Trump cult) are so sick of him they are either staying home or voting for Biden.

All that said, it will still be, as the editor of Mother Jones said, "like waiting for the results of a biopsy" but the final result should make us all happy. (Trolls excepted)

by Anonymousreply 3November 2, 2020 10:17 PM

I just don't see how it's possible. Enthusiasm for Biden in non-existent, the only motivation his base has is rage against Trump.

Biden could win, but only barely. That's going to depend on in-person turnout from Democrats tomorrow.

by Anonymousreply 4November 2, 2020 10:21 PM

Carville says the same stuff every election regardless who is running. They wouldn't put him on the air if he didn't.

This will be a good troll-trapping thread.

by Anonymousreply 6November 2, 2020 10:28 PM

I don't know how anyone can look at this surge in voting and not realize what's about to happen. I'm not naïve to think that they're all Biden voters... but it's just a proven thing over and over that high turnout elections almost always favor democrats. Look at the president's favorability and his base numbers... they're both in the 40s. I've seen enough.

by Anonymousreply 7November 2, 2020 10:28 PM

The Power of Hate is very strong. You don't need to be enthusiastic about Biden. You just need to hate Trump to be motivated, and he has spent four years building up that hatred and ensuring an inevitable explosion

by Anonymousreply 8November 2, 2020 10:28 PM

Christ, I fucking hope so.

by Anonymousreply 9November 2, 2020 10:29 PM

by Anonymousreply 12November 2, 2020 10:32 PM

by Anonymousreply 13November 2, 2020 10:32 PM

The craziest thing about the Trump presidency is that it is The Producers movie come to life.

Springtime for Twitler

He never intended this to be anything more than a way to get another TV show.

by Anonymousreply 14November 2, 2020 10:34 PM

I think too that it'll be an electoral college blowout. So many people qualified as first time voters are voting against him. Same for people who regretted not voting/ voting 3rd party in 2016, that when added onto the unprecedented set of circumstances facing us today makes it impossible for any incumbent to win. I don't care if the incumbent is a competent POTUS who isn't a complete ass clown, no way does the sitting POTUS win let alone the orange, national embarrassment who's in for an ass whooping tomorrow.

by Anonymousreply 15November 2, 2020 10:35 PM

Hope, hope, hope!

by Anonymousreply 16November 2, 2020 10:35 PM

Never underestimate the stupidity of the American public.

Still, I'm hoping Biden will swing enough former blue states back to the Democratic fold.

If PA votes for Trump again, they may as well join the the Deep South. I don't fucking care it's geographically impossible. PA better move below the Mason-Dixon line.

by Anonymousreply 17November 2, 2020 10:44 PM

I also think the polls undercount younger voters and likely Democrats who (a) don't have landlines, (b) don't answer calls from unknown numbers and (c) don't respond to online polls because they think they're just more spam

by Anonymousreply 18November 2, 2020 10:44 PM

Most reputable polling organizations now call cell phones R18.

I would agree though that most people don’t answer calls from unknown numbers on cell phones, or have them blocked automatically (Verizon offers this).

by Anonymousreply 19November 2, 2020 10:48 PM

Trump should be tried for all of his illegal acts after he loses. And we need to go after that wonderful bunch of people he pulled into his cabinet. And last but not least the dreadful trail children and that horrible fake Jared.

by Anonymousreply 20November 2, 2020 11:00 PM

I can't with trump supporters.

how do you put your vote behind a fatty who wears a baseball cap with an ill-fitting suit?

SHANDA!

by Anonymousreply 21November 2, 2020 11:02 PM

I'm reasonably certain Biden will win, but I am 100% certain it will not be a landslide or a "blow-out."

by Anonymousreply 22November 2, 2020 11:06 PM

No one that I know is enthusiastic over Biden but outrage at least 3 times a day over the shit Trump says is enuf to get Trump disappeared. And once he's out the Republicans are not going to support his cries of stealing the election. His cult supporters will go nuts but no one else will be on board. No one else.

by Anonymousreply 23November 2, 2020 11:08 PM

^ It will be an "I don't know you" for real, for real.

by Anonymousreply 24November 2, 2020 11:10 PM

R21 has a very DL response to Trump.

by Anonymousreply 25November 2, 2020 11:13 PM

Seeing Carville's angst election night 2016 was my first clue things were going south.

by Anonymousreply 26November 2, 2020 11:35 PM

I am not 100% certain about anything, R22. Including what you're 100% certain about.

by Anonymousreply 27November 2, 2020 11:36 PM

Seriously? You think there's any possibility of an (electoral) landslide in today's climate? Trump will get more electoral votes than Carter ('80), Mondale, and Dukakis--COMBINED (173). I will bet any amount of money on that.

by Anonymousreply 28November 3, 2020 12:03 AM

Where is his wife, Mary Matalin?

They used to appear together frequently on the various news shows.

by Anonymousreply 29November 3, 2020 12:10 AM

I hope and pray he's right, but I'm still remembering when Obama said on national TV back in 2016 "don't worry, Donald Trump is not going to be President of the United States". I just don't want to set myself up for disappointment.

by Anonymousreply 30November 3, 2020 12:12 AM

That's not a very impressive assertion, R28.

by Anonymousreply 31November 3, 2020 3:27 AM

r31 And why do you say that?

by Anonymousreply 32November 3, 2020 3:31 AM

[quote]I just don't see how it's possible. Enthusiasm for Biden in non-existent, the only motivation his base has is rage against Trump.

You just don't get it, do you? It doesn't matter how "enthusiastic" people are about Biden. You talk about "rage against Trump" as though it's somehow irrational. Apart from Trump's loony cult, rational Americans are sick and tired of the three-ring circus we've had to endure for almost four years. Biden represents a return to normalcy, to not having a pathetic, mentally ill narcissist in the White House, constantly crying for attention like a 2-year-old.

by Anonymousreply 33November 3, 2020 3:48 AM

I've been watching a lot of this liberal media stuff and they are certainly giddy, absolutely positive Biden will win. I sure hope they're right, but I feel nothing but trepidation. Way too close for comfort. I won't relax til Friday or so.

by Anonymousreply 34November 3, 2020 3:49 AM

if trump wins I swear I will hold a grudge against gay republicans for the rest of my life. I will treat them like rats.

by Anonymousreply 35November 3, 2020 3:49 AM

R35 Why does Trump have to win for you to do that?

by Anonymousreply 36November 3, 2020 3:58 AM

Biden sweeps the Dixville Notch, NH vote. Final total:

Biden - 5

Trump - 0

by Anonymousreply 37November 3, 2020 4:17 AM

Well, that's a positive sign, R37. Dixville Notch generally votes Republican.

by Anonymousreply 38November 3, 2020 4:21 AM

I've been voting for President since '84 and I'm not sure I've ever seen a Dixville Notch sweep.

by Anonymousreply 39November 3, 2020 4:30 AM

You haven't, R39. Apparently the last sweep was Nixon in the 1960 race.

by Anonymousreply 40November 3, 2020 4:31 AM

The last time it happened was 1960.

by Anonymousreply 41November 3, 2020 4:31 AM

But is anyone accounting for however it is they're going to cheat?

by Anonymousreply 42November 3, 2020 5:03 AM

If it truly is a blowout for Biden, or something approaching that, cheating would be very difficult, not that I would put anything past the Republicans and their pal Putin.

by Anonymousreply 43November 3, 2020 5:38 AM

I wanna know what Carville said election eve 2016. Same thing ?

by Anonymousreply 44November 3, 2020 6:42 AM

Dixville Notch 2016 voting:

Hillary Clinton 4, Donald Trump 2, Gary Johnson 1 -- and a single write-in surprise: Mitt Romney.

8 votes in 2016, 5 votes in 2020?

by Anonymousreply 47November 3, 2020 7:20 AM

R47, Voter suppression?

by Anonymousreply 48November 3, 2020 7:21 AM

[quote]8 votes in 2016, 5 votes in 2020?

It would be stranger, but not unexpected this year, to have 8 votes counted in 2020 in a town with only 5 registered voters.

by Anonymousreply 49November 3, 2020 7:30 AM

[quote]the only motivation his base has is rage against Trump.

That's what this election is about R4 and it's all that's needed. Dump has to go.

by Anonymousreply 50November 3, 2020 7:49 AM

In the interest of full disclosure . . .

(DIXVILLE NOTCH, N.H.) — Two tiny New Hampshire communities that vote for president just after the stroke of midnight on Election Day have cast their ballots, with one of them marking 60 years since the tradition began.

The results in Dixville Notch, near the Canadian border, were a sweep for former Vice President Joe Biden who won the town’s five votes. In Millsfield, 12 miles (20 kilometers) to the south, President Donald Trump won 16 votes to Biden’s five.

by Anonymousreply 51November 3, 2020 8:56 AM

James Carville is an absolute joke, OP. He’s never right about anything.

by Anonymousreply 52November 3, 2020 8:59 AM

R4 is full of it.

I have no enthusiasm for Biden, yet I would climb over broken glass to vote against Trump.

by Anonymousreply 53November 3, 2020 9:08 AM

People have to vote today. They have to stand in those long lines. Please dear god, let joe biden win. We need to flip the senate, take congress back. Kick these child abusing fascists to the Curb

Go to the POLLS early, stay in line, VOTE

Vote for Joe Biden!

Vote Blue Down Ballot!

by Anonymousreply 54November 3, 2020 9:10 AM

[quote]People have to vote today.

Even the tens of millions who've already voted? I don't think that's allowed.

by Anonymousreply 55November 3, 2020 1:47 PM

[quote]"like waiting for the results of a biopsy"

Good analogy, though maybe like waiting for the outcome of major surgery is more apt. Can the tumour be removed entirely, or has malignancy spread.

It's only right now though to put full faith in the surgical team, the electorate.

by Anonymousreply 56November 3, 2020 2:08 PM

I think Dems are engaging in another mass delusion. I don't think the enthusiasm is there.

by Anonymousreply 57November 3, 2020 2:40 PM

R57, It's like voting for your grandfather.

by Anonymousreply 58November 3, 2020 2:42 PM

R57 lives in a make believe world where we don't know turn out.

Please join us in the real world where 100 million people already voted before election day.

by Anonymousreply 59November 3, 2020 2:45 PM

[quote]I think Dems are engaging in another mass delusion. I don't think the enthusiasm is there.

You must engage in projection, like your idol Dump. You're the one who's deluded, dimwit.

by Anonymousreply 60November 3, 2020 2:52 PM

"I have no enthusiasm for Biden, yet I would climb over broken glass to vote against Trump."

I hope this is the attitude of a lot of the U.S.: just gtf rid of Turd.

I like Biden and donated early on when everybody wasn't. And I like Kamala even more. So for me it's not just "anybody but Trump". And Obama likes both of them so you know he's going to be the Vice-Vice President.

by Anonymousreply 61November 3, 2020 3:03 PM

Well, we will know soon enough if this was a delusion, won’t we? I will agree with posters that the Biden enthusiasm isn’t the same as Trump enthusiasm. But just seeing the early voting numbers — how can you explain that?!?!? We KNOW the majority of early voters are not Trumpers. So.....maybe the Biden enthusiasm is just different? Maybe it isn’t about being an obnoxious fucktard who rams buses off the road? Or interrupting Trump speeches with car horns? Or assaulting protesters? I think Biden supporters are 10 X’s more civilized, and maybe their enthusiasm doesn’t translate the same.

Let’s face it, Dems weren’t happy to have another million year old white guy at the top of the ticket. So there is some begrudging acceptance, and that may be why the enthusiasm doesn’t feel nearly as energetic. Trumpers WANT Trump. Biden voters want Trump gone. See the difference?

by Anonymousreply 62November 3, 2020 3:20 PM

Mass delusion is not believing in science. Is believing that coal jobs are coming back. Is believing that your silver spoon in his mouth, multiple bankruptcies, New York tower living, travel tent revival snake oil salesman, beholden to Russian money guy gives two fucks if you live or die or believes that he is one of you.

by Anonymousreply 63November 3, 2020 3:29 PM

The Dumpsters are taking their lead from the idiot-in-chief. I once worked for a company where first CEO was a great guy. All down the line, managers followed his lead and were nice and treated employees with respect. Then, a new CEO took over who was a yeller and screamer. Lo and behold, these formerly nice managers all took their cue from the CEO and became raging lunatics.

by Anonymousreply 64November 3, 2020 5:11 PM

The other thing to remember is that Hillary barely lost the electoral college vote.

Four years later, Trump has not expanded his base--if anything it has shrunk. Yes his supporters are vocal, but there are very few people who voted for Hillary in 2016 who are going to vote for Trump in 2020.

He's lost large numbers of seniors

He's motivated large numbers of Black voters to actually go to the polls thanks to his attempts at voter suppression

The Hunter Biden thing failed--no one cared outside of the OAN/Bright Bart universe

People aren't framing this as a "lesser of two evils" race the way they were in 2016--it's a "get that motherfucker out of the White House" race.

by Anonymousreply 65November 3, 2020 5:57 PM

R52, can you prove your sweeping statement? Thanks.

R28, I should think it's evident what I mean. Nothing you said suggests a landslide can't happen. And I'm not saying it will.

by Anonymousreply 66November 3, 2020 6:12 PM

The hole we've been digging for Trump is deep now. He's lost so much support over the past four years, he is so hated by so many, he's trapped.

He can't vote his way out, he can't lie, cheat or steal his way out. What we needed was massive turnout to stop him and that's exactly what we're getting.

Adios, ugly fat orange man and goodbye to your awful family too.

by Anonymousreply 67November 3, 2020 6:30 PM

He predicted hillary would win & democrats would take the senate in 2016. He also predicted the GOP had committed suicide by having Trump as the nominee.

Meanwhile, on the Supreme Court....

by Anonymousreply 68November 3, 2020 6:33 PM

This whole "enthusiasm," thing that morons keep spouting over and over is ridiculous. You're voting for the leader of your country, not choosing which Grindr buddy you're going to fuck tonight. You don't need to have fucking enthusiasm to vote someone into political office.

Further, to all the turd trolls who spout this, get real with yourselves. No one had "enthusiasm" voting for Drumpf in 2016... the majority of those votes cast for him were from people who just hated Hillary and yet still beat off to her.

by Anonymousreply 69November 3, 2020 6:35 PM

The latest community Donald has pissed off: Doctors.

by Anonymousreply 70November 3, 2020 6:38 PM

Everyone, including the NY Times, thought she was going to win, R68. Even Dump thought she was going to win.

That said, Carville's confidence here is not something I would in any way count on.

by Anonymousreply 71November 3, 2020 6:39 PM

R69 Enthusiasm dictates how many partisans from each side bothered to register, bothered to request and mail-in ballots, bothered to show up at a polling site and vote.

Also, how many Democrats bothered to make phone calls for Biden, volunteered at polling sites, gave rides to the polls, reminded their social circles to vote.

You can still volunteer to make GOTV calls for Biden today, by the way. Might pass the time for some people who are nervous.

Trump barely won, 77k votes across three states allowed him to win. People forget just how razor thin his fluke of a victory was.

by Anonymousreply 76November 3, 2020 6:45 PM

R72 that enthusiasm does not have to be about a candidate. It can clearly be a call to action because of dissatisfaction.

by Anonymousreply 84November 3, 2020 6:59 PM

Oh, correction, Bush decided he would not say who he was voting for.

Figures. Once a piece of shit always a piece of shit.

Anyway to answer the question, every other living President is voting for Biden, including Carter.

by Anonymousreply 85November 3, 2020 6:59 PM

You won't earn enough borscht with simple words.

by Anonymousreply 86November 3, 2020 7:00 PM

If it weren't for the cheating, interference, intimidation, etc., it would be a blowout for Biden. It's just too hard to predict whether resistance to disenfranchisement will be enough. I still think Biden will win, I just don't know by how much.

by Anonymousreply 87November 3, 2020 7:00 PM

People said the same about Biden enthusiasm during the Primary. Remember that time? Biden’s supporters are people like me who don’t put up signs, bumper stickers, flags, or scream from the rooftops. But we do vote!!!

This is what baffled progressives during the primary when Biden’s silent majority came out in full support. The man took every county in MI during the primary.

Look at fundraising. Biden has broken all fundraising records in back to back months. You do that without enthusiasm of some sort, even if it’s hate for the other guy.

Where it counts Biden gets the numbers. Social media and massive crowds don’t win elections.

by Anonymousreply 88November 3, 2020 7:04 PM

People have underestimated Uncle Joe this entire campaign season. He was too old. He was too out of touch. He was too bipartisan. He was too senile. He was too everything. But, win or lose, he was the right candidate for this particular time and place. Does he flood every democrat's basement the way some others did? No. But he's a solid candidate who has run a flawless campaign. And when Joe says he gives a damn, I actually believe it. And this is coming from a late 40s jaded as fuck GenXer.

I wanted Pete, but I don't think Pete or any of the others could not have done what Joe has done this time around.

by Anonymousreply 89November 3, 2020 7:24 PM

Agree all you like OP. This will probably end up in the Supreme Court.

by Anonymousreply 90November 3, 2020 7:34 PM

What the trolls failed to realize is the deep, deep, DEEP hatred that we have for Donald Trump. I don't care if it were ham sandwich running up against him.

At least the sandwich wouldn't be able to tweet.

by Anonymousreply 91November 3, 2020 7:36 PM

Do NOT underestimate the power of a ham sandwich!

by Anonymousreply 92November 3, 2020 7:47 PM

I understand Bush’s motivations. While it’s widely known of the mutual antipathy between Trump & Bush, & no one can seriously doubt that he voted for Trump in either election, he believes his only opportunity to shape a post-Trump party away from Trumpism is to stay within the party as much as possible.

by Anonymousreply 93November 3, 2020 7:52 PM

[quote] all living former Presidents (except the only living Republican) have said they're voting for Biden .

by Anonymousreply 96November 3, 2020 8:12 PM

by Anonymousreply 97November 3, 2020 8:18 PM

I can guarantee you both GW Bush and his father voted for Hillary. Hillary and Bill were like son & daughter to GHW Bush and Barbara, and GW Bush and Laura were/are both very friendly with the Clintons.

by Anonymousreply 98November 3, 2020 8:36 PM

Correction: Bill was like a son to GHW and Barb... I have never heard any such affection on their part for HIllary.

by Anonymousreply 99November 3, 2020 8:38 PM

Of course Bush is voting for Biden. Dump took a shit on his entire family, and Bush despises him. I have zero doubt Bush will vote for Biden, whether or not he admits it.

Who cares, anyway?

by Anonymousreply 100November 3, 2020 8:41 PM

I still think a lot of people will have found mail-in voting a hassle and didn't want to risk going in public today.

I hope he's right.

by Anonymousreply 101November 3, 2020 8:43 PM

Correction R90: it might end up in the Sureme Court. I fear it might, but it 100.8 million early votes have already been cast. According to USA Today: "The massive early voting turnout puts the U.S. on track to likely surpass 150 million voters overall for the election, which would mark the highest turnout of eligible voters by percentage in a presidential election since 1908."

That's a harbinger of something, which I interpret to be a mandate against Dump.

by Anonymousreply 102November 3, 2020 8:45 PM

I’m sorry r87 but you either live in a blue bubble or don’t quite grasp how deeply divided this country is right now. Many 2016 Trump votes are voting for Biden...including many who mostly with Trump's policies but just want the shit show to end

by Anonymousreply 111November 3, 2020 9:15 PM

John McCain's widow said she was voting for Biden.

by Anonymousreply 112November 3, 2020 9:15 PM

Meghan must've written in the name of her father.

by Anonymousreply 113November 3, 2020 9:16 PM

R103, the electoral college is a numbers game. It doesn't reflect the reality of how people actually voted across the country. That is reflected by the popular vote. We know who won that, and by nearly 3 million votes.

by Anonymousreply 114November 3, 2020 9:17 PM

R111 you're dreaming if you think she voted Hillary.

The bitch has spent 4 years defending the piece of shit that shits on her father.

by Anonymousreply 115November 3, 2020 9:18 PM

Darling, R115, I meant this year. This year Meghan McCain voted for Biden.

by Anonymousreply 116November 3, 2020 9:19 PM

[quote] the electoral college is a numbers game. It doesn't reflect the reality of how people actually voted across the country.

No kidding. The post I was responding to however was specifically about the outcome of the electoral college.

by Anonymousreply 117November 3, 2020 9:21 PM

And how do you know for sure he didn't, R107?

by Anonymousreply 118November 3, 2020 9:21 PM

R115, Darling, that wasn't the joke.

by Anonymousreply 119November 3, 2020 9:22 PM

Correction, R116... that wasn't the joke.

by Anonymousreply 120November 3, 2020 9:23 PM

Um...joke? There was a joke there, somewhere?

by Anonymousreply 121November 3, 2020 9:24 PM

r118 I'm not sure -- I didn't make the statement claiming he did.

by Anonymousreply 122November 3, 2020 9:25 PM

Bush kept silent as a favor to his old coke and booze buddy, former Yale college roommate, Larry Kudlow

by Anonymousreply 123November 3, 2020 9:25 PM

And another DL thread has become tiresome.

by Anonymousreply 124November 3, 2020 9:25 PM

Miss Lyndsey will be insufferable after he wins.

by Anonymousreply 125November 3, 2020 9:27 PM

R122, it wasn't a claim, it was a very fair assumption. No, Bush didn't publicly state who he voted for. I don't believe for a minute either the McCains or the Bushes--any of them--voted for Dump, then or now. I believe they voted for Clinton and Biden.

by Anonymousreply 126November 3, 2020 9:28 PM

As opposed to now, R125?

by Anonymousreply 127November 3, 2020 9:29 PM

Sorry you're slow, R121.

by Anonymousreply 128November 3, 2020 9:30 PM

R124 I'm sorry someone keeps dragging you in here.

by Anonymousreply 129November 3, 2020 9:31 PM

I'm sorry you're a tired cunt, R129.

And no, R128, there's no joke. Unless you're so simple you think there was.

by Anonymousreply 130November 3, 2020 9:40 PM

[quote]People have underestimated Uncle Joe this entire campaign season.

First off, anyone who uses the term "Uncle" in describing a politician cannot be taken seriously.

Second, Biden did not run a great campaign. He did lackluster in the three debates and his campaign was running out of steam before the choice of Kamala Harris for VP single handedly reignited it.

As others have pointed out, people are voting for Biden largely because they want Trump out of office. He was the one who was anointed as being the best for the job before he even entered the race. It is what it is at this point, but this is not Obama 2.0 by a long shot.

What this should be is a moment for the future democrats to shine. Biden IS too old, and he cannot be the frontrunner for a party that seriously needs to think about the future. He needs to build a coalition of younger stars who will take over the reigns, because let's be real, he is most likely not running another term.

The verdict is still out on whether he will come to his senses and give up the bipartisan BS. He has an antiquated view of the opposing party that has not always been to his benefit. He needs to remember that if the Republicans had their way, Hunter's ass would be in jail right now on some trumped up charges (no pun intended) and that FACT needs to guide his every decision and movement in terms of dealing with them.

by Anonymousreply 131November 3, 2020 9:42 PM

R130 still sorry someone's forcing you in here and you're pissed you didn't get the joke and had to change it to, "im talking about THIS election!!!" ha.

by Anonymousreply 132November 3, 2020 9:45 PM

[quote] it wasn't a claim, it was a very fair assumption. No, Bush didn't publicly state who he voted for. I don't believe for a minute either the McCains or the Bushes--any of them--voted for Dump, then or now. I believe they voted for Clinton and Biden.

Bush has publicly stated he did NOT vote for Hillary. He said he voted for "none of the above."

by Anonymousreply 133November 3, 2020 9:45 PM

"As others have pointed out, people are voting for Biden largely because they want Trump out of office. "

That's all that needs to be said, R131. Unless this is stolen by the SCOTUS, Biden has four years to do a lot. I agree the bipartisan shit has got to go. As for his campaign, it was better than you describe, and his debate peformances, considering the flaming pile of shit he was debating, were just fine.

R132, this days of days, I'm not going to be trolled by a gash like you. IGNORED. Bye, cunt.

R133, again--wh the fuck cares?

by Anonymousreply 134November 3, 2020 9:47 PM

Speaking of cunts, R134.

by Anonymousreply 135November 3, 2020 9:48 PM

R133

Either way that means he voted for Orange.

by Anonymousreply 136November 3, 2020 9:48 PM

Ignoring is for the weak and those walking away with their tail between their legs. Bye cunt!

by Anonymousreply 137November 3, 2020 9:49 PM

Another cunt bites the dust. Bye, R135. Blocked.

by Anonymousreply 138November 3, 2020 9:49 PM

Poor cunt cant take the heat and must announce his blocks!

If you hate the thread so much, stop coming in here and bitching about it, CUNT!

by Anonymousreply 139November 3, 2020 9:52 PM

R138 you really think you're doing something, huh?

How cute.

by Anonymousreply 140November 3, 2020 9:52 PM

Were some cunts saying something? I have a couple of them blocked so I guess the joke is on them LMFAO.

by Anonymousreply 141November 3, 2020 10:02 PM

Not really, the joke is on you because you're a dumb cunt that everyone else is laughing at, LMFAO.

by Anonymousreply 142November 3, 2020 10:06 PM

Not really, the joke is on you because you're a dumb cunt that everyone else is laughing at, LMFAO.

by Anonymousreply 143November 3, 2020 10:06 PM

I voted by mail for Adlai.

by Anonymousreply 144November 4, 2020 12:30 AM

I thought you were more a Stassen gal, Babs.

by Anonymousreply 145November 4, 2020 12:35 AM

With 61% of the vote counted, Texas favors Biden at 50.6% to Trump at 48.0%.

R131 It doesn't matter how old he is. It matters who he surrounds himself with.

by Anonymousreply 147November 4, 2020 1:02 AM

R147, Caregivers.

by Anonymousreply 148November 4, 2020 1:18 AM

Bet James feels dumb now. He said we’d all go to bed at 11pm tonight.

by Anonymousreply 149November 4, 2020 1:18 AM

uhhh, Jimmy.....?

by Anonymousreply 150November 4, 2020 6:52 AM

James is such a fucking retard and needs to go away. Thought we were going to know the winner by 10pm last night?🙄

by Anonymousreply 151November 4, 2020 7:22 AM

Omfg

by Anonymousreply 152November 4, 2020 8:10 AM

Can we now consider James Carville officially irrelevant?

by Anonymousreply 153November 4, 2020 9:00 AM

I never expected a blue wave, but I did believe Biden would have a more decisive lead at this point.

by Anonymousreply 154November 4, 2020 10:33 AM

Datalounge is like that girl in high school who runs for class president knowing that she will win by a landslide because EVERYONE loves her!!!!!

by Anonymousreply 155November 4, 2020 10:53 AM

Can we NEVER hear from this tired, worn out old asshole again. People who were famous during the Clinton administration (or Reagan. I'm looking at you Peggy Noonan) should not be doing commentary on news shows today.

by Anonymousreply 156November 4, 2020 10:54 AM

Fucking muppet.

by Anonymousreply 157November 4, 2020 1:31 PM

I actually hope his mouth is incapacitated by a stroke.

by Anonymousreply 158November 4, 2020 1:40 PM

[quote]but I did believe Biden would have a more decisive lead at this point.

R154 An addled geriatric with an unappealing running mate? You are truly unaware of voter psyche.

by Anonymousreply 159November 4, 2020 1:44 PM

At least we didn't have to see or hear his wife!

by Anonymousreply 160November 4, 2020 11:49 PM

You'd think all these highly intelligent people would have learned to stop predicting anything concerning Trump and the mentally ill nitwits who support him.

by Anonymousreply 161November 5, 2020 6:47 PM

Wasn't just Carville.

Why a Democratic landslide in November could crush the GOP for the next decade (or more)

Analysis by Chris Cillizza, CNN Editor-at-large

CNN) With independent political handicappers revising upwards the likelihood of Joe Biden winning the presidency and Democratic gains in the Senate and House in recent days, there is now a reasonable chance that we may be looking at a major landslide up and down the ballot in two weeks' time.

by Anonymousreply 162November 6, 2020 8:29 PM

Carville is such a joke. “blowout” ok.

by Anonymousreply 163November 12, 2020 10:07 AM

Since at least 2000 (and getting progressively worse) - you have to add at least 4 to7 points to the GOP polling number to account for their rampant cheating. If you aren't doing that, you will be in for a nasty surprise.

by Anonymousreply 164November 12, 2020 10:12 AM

R154 yes Rose🌹, it’s called cheating. 8-10 pt polling leads vaporize in the air. Political polling’s greatest challenge is American presidential elections. Stay stupid, stay in your fog & STOP ASKING QUESTIONS!

by Anonymousreply 165November 12, 2020 10:15 AM

R164 R165 Oh, parties cheat is elections now? Voting machines are rigged, now? I've been getting told for over a week that bothe those things are impossible and never happen.

by Anonymousreply 166November 12, 2020 11:37 AM

R166 - perhaps your future posts would be more effective if you actually went back to trolling in your own native language.

by Anonymousreply 167November 12, 2020 3:41 PM

R167 I'm not a foreigner you diseased clitoris.

by Anonymousreply 168November 12, 2020 3:43 PM

Chris Cillizza is an uneducated buffoon with no credentials. He's always been the most controversial hire at CNN.

by Anonymousreply 169November 12, 2020 3:48 PM

R169 He says a lot of dumb shit.

by Anonymousreply 170November 12, 2020 3:55 PM

"Oh, parties cheat is elections now? Voting machines are rigged, now? I've been getting told for over a week that bothe those things are impossible and never happen."

You might want to start using software that checks for spelling, grammar and punctuation R166/R168. Better yet, just get back to us when you have passed 5th grade English.

by Anonymousreply 171November 12, 2020 3:57 PM

Here you go, Ma'am: "both"

by Anonymousreply 172November 12, 2020 4:00 PM

Rep. Max Rose concedes in #NY11 to Nicole Malliotakis. It’s now the 10th seat Republicans have flipped.

by Anonymousreply 173November 13, 2020 3:22 AM

Was it a blow out? No. We still need to give Biden credit for pulling out the win. Not only did he win, he won by 75 million votes, the most ever cast in a presidential election. He also managed to flip two red states, Arizona and Georgia. Please give him credit where it's due. I believe he was the best choice for the dems and that nobody else would have been able to beat Trump.

by Anonymousreply 174November 13, 2020 10:45 AM

R174 If you were American you would understand how suspicious and implausible what you described actually is.

If we were Belarus, or Bolivia, or an African country I don't think you'd be shy about questioning the legitimacy of our election. It's been ten days and there are still states counting votes. This has never happened to us before. Not even in 2000.

Biden won the presidency with 6 million more votes than Obama received in 2008? Trump also received more votes than Obama did?

How did millions of people vote for Biden but leave the rest of their ballots blank?
