So he’s still gonna party.
Trump moves election night ‘party’ to White House so he can invite 400 guests despite COVID rules

Lol. Losers party

Let's hope it's as popular as his inauguration day, and social distancing happens naturally from all the wide open spaces.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | November 1, 2020 6:30 PM |
Of course he is because he's a murdering pig to the very end.
I hope he feeds them Macdonald's and gives them all Covid.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | November 1, 2020 6:30 PM |
So now the taxpayers will foot the bill for this shindig
by Anonymous | reply 4 | November 1, 2020 6:33 PM |
Anyone died from Trump's Rose Garden massacre party? Or the Democrats' coronaphobia went into overdrive yet again?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | November 1, 2020 6:37 PM |
Hamberders for everyone, at taxpayer expense!
by Anonymous | reply 6 | November 1, 2020 6:53 PM |
He'll probably go all fancy and bring in buckets of KFC
by Anonymous | reply 7 | November 1, 2020 6:59 PM |
Here you go, syphilitic brain sufferer @ r5.
Study links Trump rallies to more than 700 Covid deaths
The working paper, released late Friday, examined the impact of 18 rallies held between June 20 and Sept. 30.

It would be funny if less than 50 showed up.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | November 1, 2020 8:55 PM |
Will anyone be watching the State silverware?
by Anonymous | reply 10 | November 1, 2020 9:23 PM |
I assume that was melted down long ago, r10.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | November 1, 2020 9:27 PM |
Ees no melt down, vee no melt down seelver vares.,
Ees packed, ees ready to go go go!
by Anonymous | reply 12 | November 1, 2020 9:33 PM |
Melania, just remember you are not Dolly Madison rescuing the Gilbert Stuart of Washington from the Democrats.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | November 1, 2020 9:41 PM |
I wonder if he's going to allow the media to attend. I so want to see the reaction if they're able to get a good exit calculation on voting and it's massively against Trump.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | November 1, 2020 9:43 PM |
When Trump cancelled the event at his hotel, I thought it was his acknowledgement that he knew he wasn't going to win, but inviting all these people to the White House makes me think he plans on declaring victory by 11PM regardless of the results.
I wonder if Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Coney-Barrett are invited to his victory party.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | November 1, 2020 10:26 PM |
These "400 guests" likely include Bill Barr & whatever lawyers are willing to work for him these days so he can huddle with him about how he can overturn the election results. He probably also invited big money donors who he expects to bankroll his legal fights for some indefinite period of time.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | November 1, 2020 10:33 PM |
He’s gonna win! Watch and see if it isn’t true. I’m mad but I can’t make Joe win.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | November 1, 2020 10:43 PM |
I don't know - I'm getting some Jonestown realness vibes.
I think he's making a special Kool-aid for everyone.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | November 1, 2020 10:44 PM |
He is not going to win, sadly
by Anonymous | reply 19 | November 1, 2020 10:57 PM |
It would be nice if it is a 'packing' party. 400 guests can get those Proud Boys militia pickup trucks loaded quickly and haul his and Melania's shit down to Mar-a-Lago.

I think you're right, he's planning to appear behind the resolute desk and declare that he's won and staying put.
Also, he's pocketing the deposit for his hotel's party (without a doubt it's nonrefundable). Grifter to the very end.

I predict before 8pm. He's a TV Prime Time addict and circus showman.
I just wonder how to respond to that. You know, Faux News will be all covering it declaring it's true. Then the Trumpeters will be saying Dems are just bitter they lost. What's the strategy to deal with that?
by Anonymous | reply 22 | November 1, 2020 11:42 PM |
You know he BEGGED to have it at his hotel.
Incidentally: why would someone based in NYC want to have a hotel in DC anyway? Could he have been laying plans for the Presidency years ago?

Most of the nation watches the big networks on election night, and they won't be announcing a projected winner unless they're certain.
But regardless, neither their nor Faux's announcements are official. Biden won't be conceding anything on election night, and even for days after, so nobody can declare anything about the official winner. Trump and the Rethuglicans can foam at the mouth all they want, it doesn't make it true or official.

Rumor is he'll be moved to the White House so lethal force remains an option for the Secret Service in defending the building from rioters.

Isn't it illegal for him to do that?
by Anonymous | reply 27 | November 2, 2020 2:10 AM |
Another celebration of Opposite Day by the Republican Party. “Aren’t we currently in a pandemic?” “No pandemic were rounding the corner, I’m going to say that because I’m Donald Trump and when I say something often enough I believe it! 🤡”
by Anonymous | reply 28 | November 2, 2020 2:20 AM |
As if that has ever stopped him before, R27.

Will the lifeboats be seated according to the size of donors contributions?

I predict 10 PM. 8 PM is too ballsy and not enough states will have closed for him to do so. 11 PM is too late. People will have gone to sleep by then.10 PM is that sweet spot. Still primetime, but not too early to anger more people than necessary. This all presumes that it's close on election night.

I had a packing party last time I moved. Paid for dinner for 4 friends and everything was boxed up in 2 hours. With 400 people, should only take 20 minutes.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | November 2, 2020 3:09 AM |

How does that work? The deposit is donor money?

Dolley
by Anonymous | reply 34 | November 2, 2020 3:18 AM |
R33, if there was a non-refundable deposit, the hotel keeps it. Now ask yourself, who owns the Trump DC hotel?

It would be correct if fewer than 50 showed up.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | November 2, 2020 3:29 AM |
He's had to deny it now but he was planning on doing an "I won" White House video regardless of the results. That's why he pulled out of the hotel booking, also so that he could keep the money because he's that kind of low-life.
