I remember two costumes distinctly, probably from the same night in the late 80s
First was a flasher with a slinky in a stocking that would flop out when he opened his coat
Nest was a police officer who was directing traffic with his bare ass hanging out his pants
It was a more innocent time

This costume was inspired by an episode of the craptastic sci-fi series "V," which guest starred Sybil Danning. She was only in one episode.

What is it with the repeated baby themes? I'm not a fan. It weirds me out. Vincent from "Beauty & the Beast" looks to have been done professionally (& it very well may have been, given it was in WEHO).

Halloween in 80's West Hollywood was actually pretty fun, before the outside world found out about it, it became a "thing", and all the straights started showing up to gawk at us and ruined it all.

I too was dazzled by Little Bo Peep with her crook....
The all-time best I ever saw on SM Blvd on Halloween was Tippi Hedren--IN HER PHONE BOOTH--which rolled on wheels. With seagulls attached. I've never gotten over it.
