But was it blepharoplasty or was it a brow lift or both? If you get blepharoplasty it's best to only have a little bit of skin removed (unless you have a huge amount drooping). It looks like Jared may have gotten both blepharoplasty and a brow lift. The latter really is not ideal for men.

R33 it was both a nose and an eyebrow change. The nose is shorter and smaller (I know because I think my nose is similar.) The nose job isn't bad and it's subtle imo. And looking at it again (yes I am obsessed with figuring this mystery out) I don't see his eyes being lifted so much as made expressionless. It's the brow that was lifted and it looks awful like it's on the wrong face. His skin is like Nicole Kidman's, like he was embalmed.

I need blepharoplasty because I have heavy hooded lids, and I was going to have it done in April, but because of Covid, my opthalmologist stopped doing elective surgeries. Now I don't know if I'll ever have it done, but if I do, it will be because it will improve my ability to see. I can't imagine doing it just for cosmetic reasons. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I definitely agree that he's had both forehand and upper eyelid procedures.

Both my dad and sister had heavy eyelid issues that became worse the age, and actually interfered with their vision. My dad's surgeon only recommended a mild forehead lift to start and said the blepharoplasty in men often resulted in poor cosmetic results.

The change for my dad was subtle, and took care of his issues. My sister had both procedures, and looks "off". I think having a lower lid blepharoplasty would have given a more even result.

From what I can see:

- Upper blepharoplasty (eyelid) surgery, mentioned upthread. Very overdone. - Slight forehead lift and some Botox, unless he's grooming/shaping his eyebrows. - Botox in the nasolabial fold that unintentionally got rid of his dimples. - Maybe some shaving of the bottom part of the tip of the nose. - The bridge of his nose still is thick, uneven and very asymmetrical, which was the most obvious thing on a to-do list for Jared's surgeon and they didn't do anything about it. - He's lost weight or body fat (cf. his proportions on the cover of Time under a very strangely cut Thom Browne kind of suit) and it's giving him a facial wasting look.

They'll keep cutting and trying to chase bad work with more work. Ivanka will go full Picasso first, of course. Jared is going to start to resemble late Tony Curtis way before he should.

Assuming he and Ivanka share a surgeon... whoever it is they're doing terrible work on these two. Jared's was totally unnecessary and only called attention to itself, which is not what you're paying for when patients are this young. Kellyanne's last work was way better. Kellyanne still resembles a sleestak, but she's less repugnant visually than she was last year.

Like a lot of patients who have psychological issue(s) and/or trauma, Jared and Ivanka both seem to be heading to the point of being unable to recognize their former selves in the mirror. With monsters like both of their fathers — which I'm guessing is what first bonded them emotionally — it's totally understandable.

What's unforgivable is their inability, with all the money and access in the world, to have the abuse stop with them and to not pass it on.
