There will be no elections in 2024 if Trump wins now. Suspension of habeas corpus in Feb 2021, 'to combat domestic terrorism'; the rest follows the usual playbook. Trump will 'negotiate' a third presidency in 2024 with Ivanka as VP; he then retires in 2024. Ivanka become president with Jared as First whatever, then the real fun starts.

The people saying there won't be an election in 2024 are correct. The Trumps will never leave if he is installed again. What do you think the Republicans and Supreme Court are up to exactly? Gutting elections, gutting voting rights and installing a permanent Republican rule. If you don't want to face up to that like an adult, then don't. But it's the truth.

Trump can't "win" again because he never "won" the first time. He lost by 3 million popular votes and only "won" the Electoral College by a razor thin 78k votes spread across three states due to unprecidented GOP Voter suppression, Russian hacking & propaganda, and election fraud. The election was STOLEN for him.
And the only way he "wins" again is if the GOP/Russia successfully steal it again.
And if that happens, this country is dead. There's no 2024. Democracy is gone. Everything will be so destroyed and corrupted that there will be no coming back.

To ACTUALLY answer the question, OP, regardless of who wins, I see Nikki Haley running in 2024. Most likely it will be her vrs Kalama Harris. I would vote for Haley most likely.

TRUMP/GABBARD-PUTIN vs. BIDEN-CLINTON/WINFREY . . The Republican Party, after merging with Putin's United Russia party, will skip the primary process and simply nominate Ivanka Trump for President. In a movement meant to demonstrate bipartisanship, they will nominate Tulsi Gabbard for Vice President. Gabbard will accept once her divorce and remarriage to Putin's previously unknown son, Pavel Putin, is complete. She will change her name to Tulsi Gabbard-Putin.
The Democratic Party will complete the primary season with no clear winner. Accordingly, they will nominate a tried and true ticket of Joe Biden and Hilary Clinton for co-presidents. In a surprise move, Oprah Winfrey will be the nominee for Vice President. Winfrey, to pre-empt the discovery being announced by journalists, will announce what many already suspected: she is, in fact, an alien from the planet Zardoz, the third planet in the Laputa star system.

The Democrats will hold the House and may very well take the Senate. If Trump wins but the Dems have the House and Senate, it'll be a lot of irritating whining from Trump for a while, then he'll probably resign, which will suck because people will be desperate to pretend everything is normal and will act like Pence is a normal everyday president.
