[QUOTE]In the final weeks of the campaign, Biden has taken aim at one of Trump’s longstanding strengths with a closing message that he would be a better steward of a shaky American economy. It appears to be working.

Where do these polls come from?

by Anonymousreply 1October 21, 2020 6:23 PM

CNN. Obviously.

Another recent poll had them even on the economy—was it the Siena/NYT?—so this is some confirmation.

So bar one tie - jobs - Biden leads Trump on all who would do better questions, sometimes by one point but Trump did not lead in any.

Maybe a landslide is possible.

Excuse me, you don't put a man who has declared personal bankruptcy multiple times in charge of "growing the economy". The USA will not be this person's 7th personal bankruptcy.

Read further down. There’s a bunch of Amy Coney Barrett questions. The majority say she should be installed immediately, and they know she would make the court more conservative. Those have to be Republicans. No Democrat would say they want the court to be more conservative.

So does that mean more Republicans took the poll, and they think Biden would handle issues better? Barrett is a litmus rest.

The Barrett stuff surprised me too. Though there was a stark divide. Still, it was disappointing how sanguine people are about this sham. She is illegitimate and should be regarded as such. She should be ashamed to take the job under these circumstances but she probably believes it's some mission from God.
