I am glad this board is anonymous because i hate to admit that I live in this town (Uniontown, PA) I have seen this billboard and it is only one of several hateful messages that rotate on the electronic sign.

You're assuming a lot, that they're going to notice the misspelling, R31.

That doesn't strike me as the work of Americans. It seems like the way Eastern Europeans would misspell an English word. I bet someone overseas paid for the billboard and created the image.

But it's telling that the deplorables who own the sign company didn't notice or correct it.

One of the other messages has a large red button (nukes) and an alarm clock I think and a bizarre picture of Joe and saying something like "Do you trust Crazy Joe and the button" implying that he pushes the nuke button instead of the alarm clock. I haven't driven by lately to see if they fixed the spelling of dementia.
