Something that has not happened in the 35 years I've been masturbating.
Do I need to make an appointment with my doctor or just wait and see if it happens again?

i know quarantine is hard, but give it a rest

Have you googled it? Do so, then report back.

The only time I had blood in my urine was with a kidney stone when I was in my mid 20s. So, maybe you had/have a small kidney stone.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | October 15, 2020 10:58 PM |
Those are babies, OP.

Yeah, go give it another go and report back.
You might want to take a photo - but don't post it here without a warning.

Post yourself cumming, and zoom in on the load. Let's have a look.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | October 15, 2020 11:00 PM |
Get an appointment with a urologist. Good luck OP.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | October 15, 2020 11:00 PM |
It's your semen coming out, OP. You should support it.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | October 15, 2020 11:02 PM |
I had that from prostatitis, after I had vigorously abused my prostate with an oversized dildo. It went away on its own. On the other hand, you could have an infection in the prostate.

I once had blood in my semen during a heatwave. At the time I worked in an office without proper air conditioning and my poor junk was boiling in the trousers for hours every day. I was freaking out but just by a chance I heard a doctor on the radio say sudden heat can cause that, and there's nothing to worry about if the condition doesn't last too long.

Your period just started
by Anonymous | reply 12 | October 15, 2020 11:16 PM |
Blood in semen is generally nothing to worry about. Blood in urine is a problem.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | October 15, 2020 11:19 PM |
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it would appear that you had a miscarriage. I'm sorry for your loss.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | October 15, 2020 11:20 PM |
Just leave it alone for a couple of days.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | October 15, 2020 11:22 PM |
1. You're gonna die
2. No one wants your filthy Covid infected stuff
3. It's not too late to repent

R13, but sometimes it is. OP should look up the symptom online. There are plenty of reliable sites. Based on his risk factors, he can then decide whether to see a doctor or wait to see if the symptom persists. This will partly depend on his own ability to put health fears out of his mind while waiting.

The last time I saw bloody semen was in the movie Pearl Harbor.

35 years of masturbating?
by Anonymous | reply 23 | October 15, 2020 11:51 PM |
OP, I had blood in my semen prior to a physical. Turned out it was from my frequent bike riding. However it is something you need to have checked out. My brother had the same issue and in his case it was prostrate cancer. They caught it in time because his wife nagged him until he finally went to the doctor. You cannot put this off.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 16, 2020 12:06 AM |
Sad. Last. Days.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | October 16, 2020 12:40 AM |
It’s nothing. Dehydration can cause this, too.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | October 16, 2020 1:24 AM |
gonorrhea
by Anonymous | reply 27 | October 16, 2020 1:31 AM |
It's happened to me before, too, and it went away on its on and only pops up randomly every now and then. Had a full check up and everything and my doctor says it's very common, but usually nothing to worry about.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | October 16, 2020 1:33 AM |
My uncle recently woke up with blood around his penis on his stomach and in his urine, plus he said his stool was yellow colored. His doctor told him not to worry
by Anonymous | reply 29 | October 16, 2020 1:34 AM |
So many causes, but I will go with prostrate cancer.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | October 16, 2020 1:51 AM |
Pink is so femme. Do you wear scarves and sit to pee aswell, OP?
by Anonymous | reply 31 | October 16, 2020 1:52 AM |
Usually not serious OP unless it's persistent. I had it happen to me once. One time spooge and it went away. I google in fright too.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | October 16, 2020 1:53 AM |
Did a Urologist break in and give you a surprise prostate biopsy? That is the only time I had blood in my jizz.

I had a lot of blood in my semen last year for about two weeks. The sight of it made me gag at first, it's a scary looking thing, but my doctor said it has many possible causes, all of them benign, and not to worry about it. One day it just stopped.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | October 16, 2020 2:47 AM |
^ how are you now? hugs
by Anonymous | reply 38 | October 16, 2020 2:53 AM |
I have blood in my semen occasionally. It usually comes from too much masturbation. I'm over 60, so once a day is about all I can muster. When the blood appears, I stop for a few days and it usually ends. I've talked to my Dr about it and he said not to worry.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | October 16, 2020 3:23 AM |
Agree with r33. Same experience.
Have you antagonized any urologists? They can be vindictive little buggers.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | October 16, 2020 4:30 AM |
you discuss me
by Anonymous | reply 41 | October 16, 2020 4:31 AM |
I am trundling along.
OP it is not necessarily benign. Visit your Doc..

Years ago I was temping as a medical records clerk at a large HMO clinic. All of a sudden there came an anguished cry from a doctors office down the hall. A few minutes later Flodie, The phlebotomist came by and told me that a doctor “done told the man he had cancer in bof his balls“. I’d get it checked out.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | October 16, 2020 6:06 AM |
Blood in semen is caused by prostate trauma, which does not have to be severe. If you are constipated and strain when you take a shit, that can be enough to cause prostate trauma and bleeding. The bleeding will stop when the trauma heals.

Can I have your stuff when you die?

Only on DL would users whose median age is 55 would tell someone not to see a doctor when they see blood in their cum.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | October 16, 2020 6:36 AM |
I had blood in my semen a few years ago. It was so bright and looked like strawberries and cream! I saw my GP who explained it was mostly likely due to a minor trauma as mentioned above. He gave me some antibiotics, and I had a PSA just in case which came back normal. Not had any blood since.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | October 16, 2020 6:36 AM |
I had blood in my urine recently and I went to a urologist and guess what? I have bladder cancer! No risk factors at all. I don’t smoke. I don’t work around chemicals. I have no family history. He said it’s just bad luck. I’m having surgery next Friday and then I’ll have to have the most incredibly awful cystoscopy every three months months for the next three years. But it’s all going to be fine! And so will you OP. My semi is fine though. Believe me, I’ve checked multiple times

R48 - but do you drink? Do you often hold your pee? Do you drink little water? Do you play any sport which requires lotsa hops and jumps and running? Those are other risk factors too.
