Was Cameron Boyce gay?
He was never linked to any of his female co-stars, even though he was very close to them. And he was around very pretty girls. But it just seemed he was their gay friend.
In an interview with RAW, he was asked and said it was “hard to get a girlfriend” (really? For him? Does anyone actually believe that?) and found the subject “gross”.
I think he and Karan Brar had chemistry though and were cute together.
Also post-Disney one of his first roles was a gay one. He had gigs lined up and was set to be big. His death was so sad.

He was 20 years old when he died. How much time did he have to sow his wild oats and explore his sexuality? Probably none. And he was established in a business that’s not friendly to homos in the slightest. So yeah he pinged but he may not have had a chance to confirm it himself unfortunately.

He was supposedly going to use his gay role as a vehicle to come out. He died before it aired so we will never know.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cameron and Karan had something more than friendship going on. Cam even flew to Australia for Karan's birthday where Karan was filming a movie.

No, Cameron was the Disney star who had epilepsy and died last year from a seizure in his sleep.
