Trump Is Already Showing Symptoms Which Only 20% Of COVID Cases Develop

Donald Trump shows COVID symptoms, which only happens in 20% of cases, which means that Trump is doing worse than 80% of cases.

The New York Times reported the White House spin:

President Trump is showing symptoms of the novel coronavirus, but mild ones, according to two people familiar with his condition.

The president has had what one person described as cold-like symptoms. At a fund-raiser he attended at his golf club at Bedminster, N.J., on Thursday, where one attendee said the president came in contact with about 100 people, he seemed lethargic.

He just wants to #BeBest!

by Anonymousreply 1October 2, 2020 1:38 PM

I feel bad for the workers at that fundraiser, but fuck all the other attendees. I hope they all die.

by Anonymousreply 2October 2, 2020 1:40 PM

The radio mentioned one of the after affects could be "Brain Fog" and I thought -- how the fuck could you tell the difference?

by Anonymousreply 3October 2, 2020 1:44 PM

by Anonymousreply 5October 2, 2020 1:45 PM

Let me know when he shows the BEST SYMPTOM!
Donald Trump shows COVID symptoms, which only happens in 20% of cases, which means that Trump is doing worse than 80% of cases.

The CDC says only 35-40% of people don't present symptoms.

by Anonymousreply 7October 2, 2020 1:51 PM

Honestly, he's a fat old man, he's lethargic most of the time!

As much as I want him to die, I will say this: the steaming pile of stinking flop sweat the debate on Tuesday night DID NOT look out of breath!

by Anonymousreply 8October 2, 2020 1:51 PM

33 days until the election, isn't it?

The elite especially economy certainly has an interest in having many celebs saying they have it, when they don't, making it seem less dangerous than it is. It is very well possible that a vaccination will not work well, and also that it will not be found in the next few years, nor a good medication against it. E.g. an actor who allegedly had it, said in a post that it is ridiculous to say that celebs get paid money when they say they have it when they don't, picking up such internet rumors, which is also a way to try to make them less believable. Pretending that a lot of what regular posters post on the internet is false.

NYT: “White House officials had hoped to keep the news about Ms. Hicks from becoming public, to no avail.”

Wait ‘til you botches meet ME!

by Anonymousreply 11October 2, 2020 2:06 PM

If Trump truly has some form of dementia, this is bad for him! Multiple studies show that patients with Alzheimer's develop more severe cases. What's more, those severe cases very often result in delirium. This is important: dementia patients who experience delirium, even if they recover, show an increased rate of mental decline.

by Anonymousreply 12October 2, 2020 2:23 PM

You've posted your indecipherable gibberish on other threads, R9, you don't need to copy & paste it to ALL the threads.

by Anonymousreply 13October 2, 2020 2:25 PM

R10 - so the White House is still lying, downplaying, covering up the virus.

by Anonymousreply 14October 2, 2020 2:26 PM

Hmmm, r9–Russia’s in Europe now?

by Anonymousreply 15October 2, 2020 6:41 PM

I can't get my hopes up...I know they will pump him full of "plahsma" and whatever else is available, although I would fucking love to see him go through hell and get a taste of what 200,000+ others had to suffer.

by Anonymousreply 16October 2, 2020 6:46 PM

Nurse! 200 CCs of bleach, STAT!!

by Anonymousreply 17October 2, 2020 6:49 PM

I can't help but think this is a lie and there's some kind of election-related ploy going on behind this

by Anonymousreply 18October 2, 2020 7:02 PM

I want to see confirmation from an independent doctor or two and the confirmation from the lab.

And I don't want to hear from that quack Dr. Bronstein or that loon witchdoctor appointed by Trump that went on about demon sperm or spawn or whatever.

Too many liars around.

by Anonymousreply 19October 2, 2020 7:09 PM

It's very unsettling because we now have a very different campaign. Biden had his strategy and it was working. But now there needs to be adjustments and that's not easy. Usually that sets off big fights within the campaign. And that's not good.

by Anonymousreply 20October 2, 2020 7:18 PM

You people who think it's a big lie are crazy. For him, there's no upside to announcing he has Covid, there's only a downside. He was trying to make people forget about Covid, remember? Especially all those senior citizens in Florida?

This doesn't benefit him in any way. He thought his rallies and the debates were how he was going to win (he thought he won the last debate!), and now he can't do them. I doubt he'll even get a sympathy vote because everyone knows how reckless he's been.

by Anonymousreply 21October 2, 2020 7:19 PM

He's known he was positive since at least Sep. 28, which is why he and Pence were speaking from different podiums spaced far apart on the 28th. They've always spoken at the same podium before.

Treatment for COVID has improved over the months as doctors have figured out what works and what doesn't; and Trump will get the very best care that anyone could possibly hope to get. So even with his age and other risk factors, he will in all likelihood recover, even if he winds up getting a bad case. But having said that, I don't think anyone recovers in less than a few weeks, so he is pretty much out of commission for the duration of the campaign.

by Anonymousreply 23October 2, 2020 7:33 PM

I guess all that bleach delivered to him through peroxided hair follicles proves it doesn’t kill the virus.

by Anonymousreply 24October 2, 2020 7:33 PM

The terror that the Trump spawn must be feeling now. Without Daddy they're nothing.

by Anonymousreply 25October 2, 2020 7:35 PM
It's very unsettling because we now have a very different campaign. Biden had his strategy and it was working. But now there needs to be adjustments and that's not easy. Usually that sets off big fights within the campaign. And that's not good.

Biden looks smarter than ever now. We desperately need an adult leading the country who listens to scientists and doctors. These idiot Repugs ran around acting like invincible idiots all year, and look where that got us. I think there are very few undecided voters at this point anyway, but there have got to be a few people who are not brainwashed past the point of no return, who now understand that their so-called leaders were lying to them all along.

by Anonymousreply 26October 2, 2020 7:36 PM
Hmmm, [R9]–Russia’s in Europe now?

78% of the Russian population live in the 25% of Russia that is part of Europe. The rest live in the part of the country that is part if Asia.

by Anonymousreply 27October 2, 2020 7:39 PM

You missed the point entirely, r27.

by Anonymousreply 28October 2, 2020 7:44 PM

They've had a lot of practice covering up his mini-strokes and prescription drug abuse, they should be able to keep most of this under wraps too

by Anonymousreply 29October 2, 2020 7:51 PM

I hope he leaves the WH in a body bag.

by Anonymousreply 30October 2, 2020 7:51 PM

He will.

The question is whether it’ll be now or 2023

by Anonymousreply 31October 2, 2020 7:59 PM

People using the word "plandemic" without irony or sarcasm need severe beatings, STAT.

by Anonymousreply 32October 2, 2020 7:59 PM

He's old, obese, has an extremely poor diet, a history of drug use, almost certainly suffered a small stroke in the last few months. This could be the end of him and we might have a delayed election and then Biden v Pence.

by Anonymousreply 33October 2, 2020 8:27 PM

He really wanted that bag to show up sick to the fundraiser I guess brad did take all the money

by Anonymousreply 34October 2, 2020 8:37 PM

He’s going to be insufferable when he loses. This gives him the perfect excuse “I coulda been a contender, but the Rona brought me down! Sleepy Joe didn't even win proper states like Alabama and he didn’t even have the Rona!”.

by Anonymousreply 35October 2, 2020 9:04 PM

Fat kills.

by Anonymousreply 36October 2, 2020 9:07 PM

That's the "China Virus," R35. Everything was perfect and beautiful until CHINA came along!

by Anonymousreply 37October 2, 2020 9:09 PM

Even though treatment for Covid has been refined and improved, it's still going to run its course with him and that's something no one can stop. Yeah, he probably won't die, but with his co-morbidities, and the fact that he is symptomatic, he'll experience HIGH discomfort at the very least.

Haha asshole!

by Anonymousreply 38October 2, 2020 9:10 PM

He's in all the high risk groups: elderly, obese, low-income.

by Anonymousreply 39October 2, 2020 9:10 PM

Chris Wallace says Trump showed up too late to the debate to be tested as planned so they had to abide by the "honor system"

by Anonymousreply 40October 2, 2020 9:11 PM

Honor and Trump are two words that should never be in the same sentence. I cannot think of anyone on Earth who is less trustworthy.

by Anonymousreply 41October 2, 2020 9:13 PM

He leaving for Walter Reed by helicopter at 5:30.

by Anonymousreply 42October 2, 2020 9:20 PM
If Trump truly has some form of dementia, this is bad for him! Multiple studies show that patients with Alzheimer's develop more severe cases. Very true. My mother, who has dementia, lives in a retirement home and has dementia. While she has not had Covid-19 nor have there been any cases at her home (fantastic and very cautious staff) in the past when she's had the flu or a bad cold she would suffer a marked and permanent decline in her condition.

She's "fine" currently and able to continue remaining in the independent living part of the home (with meals, laundry, etc. provided for her) but i would wager she has a year or two before she'll need to move into a memory care kind of facility.

by Anonymousreply 43October 2, 2020 9:21 PM

Does he walk out and onto the helicopter unaided?

by Anonymousreply 44October 2, 2020 9:23 PM

Helicopter landing on WH lawn to take fatty to Walter Reed! O2 levels must be going down!!

Ventilator time??

Yahoo!!

by Anonymousreply 45October 2, 2020 9:24 PM

From the Trump camp, this could be an elaborate hoax.

Be skeptical of every announcement coming from the White House concerning the president's condition.

by Anonymousreply 46October 2, 2020 9:26 PM

What about Melania?

by Anonymousreply 47October 2, 2020 9:28 PM

She is fine and busy reviewing the will.

by Anonymousreply 48October 2, 2020 9:34 PM

I don't think Dump is able to walk at this time but doesn't want to be seen on a stretcher or wheelchair.

by Anonymousreply 49October 2, 2020 9:37 PM

They'll wheel him out on a gurney, under cover of night.

by Anonymousreply 50October 2, 2020 10:26 PM

Nurse! 200 CCs of bleach, STAT!!

More like Nurse, 200 CCs of Ranch Sauce, STAT!! I may need some Blue Cheese on standby! Where's that extra crispy KFC he's been screaming for??

While I have nothing against him, I have to chuckle about Chris Wallace's indignation about how Dump lied about being sick when he came to the debate, as if he actually thought Dump wouldn't fuck *him* over (like he does everyone else!)

by Anonymousreply 51October 2, 2020 10:43 PM
The terror that the Trump spawn must be feeling now. Without Daddy they're nothing.

But given they were nothing [bold]with[/bold] Daddy, it won't be too big of a change.

by Anonymousreply 52October 3, 2020 12:37 AM

Even if he doesn't die, like some he could be incapacitated for many weeks. If that happens I hope there's no way the GOP can find a way to delay the election.

by Anonymousreply 53October 3, 2020 12:47 AM

While many believe, as reported by The Guardian, that the Trump merely panicked after his diagnosis, then began noticing symptoms and demanded hospital care. (I.e. the symptoms appeared AFTER his diagnosis.) Other resources report shortness of breath and Republican leaders calling around to reporters to find out what the latter know.

I think Trump panicked and will be fine.

by Anonymousreply 54October 3, 2020 1:12 AM

From all that I've read, it seems like viral load plays a major role in the severity of the infection. If a bunch of poz people were flying around on Air Force One together...well, fingers crossed!

by Anonymousreply 55October 3, 2020 1:31 AM

R54. Jim Acosta reporting that WH source telling him Trump was having some trouble breathing, was fatigues as well. He is quite ill.

by Anonymousreply 56October 3, 2020 1:36 AM

I'll take whatever Acosta says as the truth as he knows it.

by Anonymousreply 57October 3, 2020 1:39 AM

R8, it's called Adderall. And, speaking of brain fog, given his time on Adderall, he'll be in withdrawal without it in the hospital. But it may be contraindicated for people fighting a major infection.

by Anonymousreply 58October 3, 2020 1:51 AM

It's "JINAH", R37.

by Anonymousreply 59October 3, 2020 1:54 AM

The 24-Hour-All-Only-Anti-Trump network oops I'm sorry I meant of course CNN actually, is going on and on about how they're amazed there's not greater transparency right now on what's going on with him. Seriously? Do they have any understanding of high-level security common sense? Of course we want to know, but since when is it new that the White House or the U.S. government in general isn't going to hold tight on intimate details of things affecting its highest-level personnel or operations--last but not least the President--due to worldwide security revelation concerns? What juvenile drama they're exhibiting--like it or not and understandable as the curiosity is, of course his team isn't going to go into greater details about his condition and abilities right now.

by Anonymousreply 60October 3, 2020 2:12 AM

"The 24-Hour-All-Only-Anti-Trump network oops I'm sorry I meant of course CNN "

Trump is vile 24-7. CNN just turns on the cameras and films him. But by all means, kill the messenger.

by Anonymousreply 61October 3, 2020 4:29 PM

Lethargic? This orange fool is always lethargic. He lumbers around like he's confused or he's had a stroke. He was definitely drugged to the gills at the debate, either coke of Adderall.

by Anonymousreply 62October 3, 2020 5:09 PM

R60, of course the public is concerned and legitimately so. Trump is a moron, but if he is truly incompetent, then power needs to be transferred to Pence until Trump becomes as competent as he typically is. We, as a country, have a right to know his condition, particularly as he and his cronies have attended one covid party after another. We are entitled to know who is actually running this country.
