He's everywhere!!! And he's not even interesting.
I can't stand him or his annoying voice. Plus, I can't understand a word he says.
The General commercials, Papa John's commercials, his own reality show....
ENOUGH!!!

He comes off stupid as hell.

He (and his ex wife Shaunie) are actually good friends with one of my gay, black, actor friends that lives in LA. He is a really nice guy, and gay friendly. He gives a lot of money away, and has been known to go into stores and pay for everyone’s items, without notifying the press. He does seem dumb as a rock, but no one is perfect.

Isn't he a Trump supporter?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | October 1, 2020 9:29 PM |
The guy is fucking EVERYWHERE.
I can't stand him.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | March 10, 2021 12:21 PM |
I don't mind him, he seems like a genuinely nice guy and worked hard for his success and fame.

How much longer can his basketball career last, he must be getting up there in years?

OP=racist
by Anonymous | reply 9 | March 10, 2021 12:34 PM |
He's retired, R8.
That's why he's in every television commercial
His agent must get paid big bucks, because the motherfucker is EVERY WHERE.
I am so sick of seeing his face.

I love that the General's commercial are now all about how no one takes them seriously because of their commercials. Yet the still have this mumble mouth as their spokesman which continues to make them a joke. I don't get it

Did he fill a void when OJ became damaged goods and then on top of it pick up the slack with Kobe’s death? Maybe there just aren’t enough great Black athletes to market goods anymore?

He reminds me of Lexington Steele.

There are soooo many other athletes and former athletes more hate-worthy than Shaq. Shaq is a nice a guy.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | March 10, 2021 2:25 PM |
Believe it or not, he completed his doctorate.

I love Shaq. He's sexy as hell and funny! I'd love to see him and Barkley finally fuck and get it out of their systems.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | March 10, 2021 3:11 PM |
He’s so gross. He’s an oversized freak with too much money. I’m actually surprised he still has his money.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | March 10, 2021 3:15 PM |
What ever happened to that big gay black guy who was like one of the first openly gay draft picks? How’s his career going?
by Anonymous | reply 21 | March 10, 2021 3:33 PM |
Michael Sam, R21.
And nothing happened. He just faded away into obscurity.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | March 10, 2021 3:35 PM |
R22 Oh, that sad, he seemed really personable and had great camera presence. Was it homophobia from teammates?
by Anonymous | reply 23 | March 10, 2021 3:37 PM |
R5, he was pretty low-key about it (compared to say, Scott Baio, Antonio Sabato or Tom Brady) but, yes, he supported Trump in 2016. He said Donald was a long-time friend, a "straight-shooter", great businessman.....just has an unfortunate/off-putting way of phrasing things, sometimes.... but he's really an "okay guy" and he'd be a good president. (for which Charles Barkley roasted him, on Inside The NBA)
But apparently Shaq soured on Trump somewhere along the way. During the 2020 campaign, Shaq revealed that he had registered to vote for the FIRST TIME (!!) in his life, and then appeared at Biden/Harris virtual rally a few weeks prior to the election.

I admire Shaq for his sportsmanship with Kobe Bryant. Kobe was the devil when he played with Shaq for the Lakers. Just a nasty person and I know Shaq wanted to beat his ass so bad. Shaq did not hold that against him, and Kobe matured into a better person years later. Im glad they made up and became friends before Kobe died.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | March 10, 2021 10:33 PM |
Shaq is the best.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | March 10, 2021 10:37 PM |
I love Shaq, too. He's seems like a really nice person, and I want him in bed with me forever.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | March 11, 2021 2:03 AM |
I like him and I like Charles Barkley. Shaq seems nice. It takes a lot of smarts to succeed in the way they have.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | March 11, 2021 2:12 AM |
Shaq was so much fun! I remember when he was with the Lakers, he was fined by the commissioner -- as was Kobe & several other players -- for wearing their uniform shorts too long/big/baggy . When asked about the fine, Shaq clapped back: "I'm a big man. I'm not going to wear no tiny-ass, John-Stockton-shorts!"
He was of course referring to long-time Utah Jazz guard John Stockton -- who was in the twilight of his HOF career & had been in the league since short-shorts were the norm (1984). Stockton's shorts had got a little longer over the years, but they'd never gotten much baggier. They were still relatively form-fitting/short, compared to everyone else in 2000.
Upon hearing about Shaq's comment, John Stockton sent Shaq a pair of his size 32 Jazz shorts, as a joke. "Try them on". And Shaq DID, in front of a bunch of the Lakers beat-reporters, and it was HILARIOUS! He couldn't pull them up past his mid-thigh -- he just laughed & laughed!
