Kayleigh McEnany on Thursday mistakenly referred to Barrett, who received a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Tennessee, as a “Rhodes Scholar.” Prominent recipients of the Rhodes scholarship, which allows students to complete postgraduate study at the University of Oxford, include Bill Clinton and Rachel Maddow. McEnany clarified the remark after a reporter pointed out the discrepancy.
