Kim K. does not have a bachelor's (undergraduate college) degree. High school diploma only. I would say all (if not 95% of) law schools would require a bachelor's degree (any major) before they admit you into law school.

In CA you can be admitted to the Bar (assuming you pass the exam, which is not a picnic) if you've successfully apprenticed yourself to a practicing attorney for several years. Presumably that's what she did. I think there's no chance at all that she could pass the CA bar exam.

R38 Four US States, California, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington, allow one to take the bar exam without having attended law school.

Every state should allow you to practice if you can pass the bar.
