Cheer's Jerry Harris Under Investigation Following 'Inappropriate Sexual Conduct' Allegations.

When the boys were around 13 or 14 years old, Harris “would repeatedly hug” them at cheer competitions. Harris’s misconduct progressed further, as he “exploited the fact that Plaintiffs were openly gay,” the suit further claimed. When they were around 13 or 14, Harris messaged them demanding that they “‘send nudes,’ expressly demand that these young boys send Harris child pornography, including pictures of their naked bodies, penises and buttocks.”

More details about Jerry Harris‘s legal battles are being revealed, with news of the Cheer star being sued by two twin brothers.

Deadline reports that the 21-year-old’s accusers have filed court documents against the Netflix breakout, claiming that he sent them sexually explicit messages when they were just 13 years old.

The lawsuit states that the twin brothers befriended Jerry in 2018, during a cheer competition and says that the boys were “star struck” with him and their relations expanded beyond just text messages to meeting in “secluded locations at various competitions.”

After their mother found out, she reported Jerry to Varsity, a giant in the sport of cheerleading, who in turn reported the incidents to police.

Reps for Jerry are denying the claims.

“We categorically dispute the claims made against Jerry Harris, which are alleged to have occurred when he was a teenager. We are confident that when the investigation is completed the true facts will be revealed,” they said in a statement.

He's been arrested on production of child pornography charges.

They really need to have a required class on proper social media use and laws surrounding it. I don't think a lot of these kids realize that nudes from anyone under 18 are considered "child porn" in the US, even if they themselves are the same age, even if the photos are of themselves that they are giving out.

Also, it sounds like the twins got caught with him and used him as a scapegoat with their mother.

As sad as it is, I'm not really surprised these skeletons were in his closet. It's almost a guarantee with the overly cheerful, positive, "never gonna let negativity get to me!" types that something like this comes out.

I recently binged the "Cheers" series and was rooting for him from the first episode. I am so saddened by this news. Ugh.

r6 to be fair, that's only a 4 year age difference for him, and 15 year olds can look like they're 20 now, especially if they work out and have muscle like a cheer person would. It's unreal some of the bodybuilder guys you see on Insta who are young but look old enough to vote (and no, I'm not seeking them, just pointing this out).

Wow R8 Jerry bin bizzy!

I think he was in foster care, and let's face it, was obviously gay from the time he could say his ABCs. I am not surprised AT ALL, by this revelation, that he was being sexual with younger boys.

I guarantee he was serialized and molested. It's not an excuse, but that shit fucks up little boys and serious "arrested development" is obvious in men who were sexually traumatized. He is very child like and I remember thinking this when I watched his show. I expected him to reveal he was molested.

His desire to be sexual with young teens is way of having sex while staying in control of the sexual dynamic. Men who were molested often crave control in sexual situations. Having sex with experienced men could be scary to him, so inexperienced "virgins" make him feel confident.

The bigger problem is now we have a whole bunch of traumatized teens, who are now going to mature into men, with their own set of issues to deal with! Trauma begets trauma!
