If they build this "city" off of a county road and want to make it a gated community they'll have to go through the same county requirements/approvals any other builder would.

In Georgia to form a new city they must have a charter of municipal incorporation approved by the Georgia General Assembly. Because municipalities are controlled by the state legislature, their boundaries, structure, and even the existence of the city can be altered or abolished by the state.

Also Id like to point out that hispanics make up a greater percentage than blacks in this country,yet they dont seem to have near the problems in their communities that blacks do. Their poverty rates are pretty much equal,they certainly suffer from systemic racism,yet ... Reality is as long as there are different types of people,someone is going to look down on the other .Thats human nature,always has been,always will be.

We really just need to reinstate segregation, but make it a self-governing kind of thing (blacks rule over blacks, whites rule over whites) in order to solve all of the problems with the original version of segregation. Blacks and whites already self-segregate and have been doing so since integration first became a thing. It's just natural. The two races would get along much better if we just didn't have to share everything with each other, including space. The crazy thing is that both races actually want this and yet nobody wants to actually implement any actions to make it so.
