White transplants pretending that 9/11 had a massive impact on them meanwhile their asses were not even here

I love seeing old videos from that day, people being interviewed, and most had NYC accents. God I love how transplants act like they were the ones here. NYC had mostly Natives then.

KNOW YOUR FUCKING PLACE. Your white asses were not even here!

by Anonymousreply 45September 12, 2020 5:43 AM

9/11 affected the entire country, fucktard!

by Anonymousreply 1September 11, 2020 11:40 PM

I remember an article years afterward where the author mentioned some unnamed country singer who described himself as a 9/11 survivor because he had once THOUGHT about shooting a music video on the observation tower. I'd bet my house it was Garth Brooks.

by Anonymousreply 2September 11, 2020 11:41 PM

R1 The whole country was not directly affected the way NYC residents were, obviously.

by Anonymousreply 3September 11, 2020 11:46 PM

's taint again. Go back to TikTok.

by Anonymousreply 4September 11, 2020 11:47 PM

R2 I am born and raised in NYC, and see young transplants who try to make this day about themselves every year. It actually makes me sick.

I made a thread about it a few years ago, and I think it got taken down due to some sensitive transplants on here, even though I specified I was speaking about the young white transplants moving here now, not those who moved here prior to 9/11.

I remember one specific guy, a young white guy who moved a block away who I would chat with here and there (we met at a bar nearby and chatted and turned out we lived right by each other) and on 9/11/16 (I remember the day) he was outside speaking to neighbors and I said hi and he was speaking about 9/11 in a way you would think he was outside the Tower when it happened. Meanwhile he has moved here not even a full 3 months prior. He was new here, from Maryland, and already doing what the transplants all do, and try to act like this day was about them. No.

by Anonymousreply 5September 11, 2020 11:47 PM

PS be no longer lives here. He left months later. I knew he wouldn’t last.

by Anonymousreply 6September 11, 2020 11:49 PM

R3 That's like saying Pearl Harbor should have only mattered to Hawaiians. Also, there was the crash in Pennsylvania and DC. Not to mention that the planes were not from NYC, and people all around the country and world knew people who were in the towers, Pentagon, and on the planes that day. It wasn't an attack on NYC but on the USA.

by Anonymousreply 7September 11, 2020 11:55 PM

R1 it did, but not the same way it did those were here for it, especially those born and raised here. I had 5 generations of family here in NYC at the time, I was born and raised here, as were they. Its terrifying watching your homeland be attacked like that.

Many transplants went back where they came from afterwards, like they always do, but us? This is our home. There is nowhere else for us to run.

I still have anxiety attacks and get nervous when I think about all I felt and saw that day. I was 14. It still has an effect of my mental psyche. Every year I have to relive it all through footage and social media and the news etc. I doubt it does that for some white kid in suburban Ohio.

by Anonymousreply 8September 11, 2020 11:55 PM

OP shouldn't you be at a McDonalds throwing drinks at the other patrons?

by Anonymousreply 9September 11, 2020 11:57 PM

R9 you have no room to speak about anything or anyone after what you did with Harrison. Please move along.

by Anonymousreply 10September 12, 2020 12:01 AM

Bush pushed the fallacy that NY being attacked meant all of America was next. That’s how even backwater states that no self-respecting terrorist would touch got millions of Dollars

by Anonymousreply 11September 12, 2020 12:03 AM

Go back to Lipstick Alley, freak OP.

by Anonymousreply 12September 12, 2020 12:10 AM

dear, the hot white dudes you crave are never going to fuck your dirty Puerto Rican ass so just get over it.

by Anonymousreply 13September 12, 2020 12:12 AM

Never forget, DLers, NYC is the center of the universe.

by Anonymousreply 14September 12, 2020 12:20 AM

R13 again, you have no room to speak after you did what you did with Harrison.

And that has nothing to do with this. Psycho.

by Anonymousreply 15September 12, 2020 12:24 AM

What a fucking loser. Being born and raised in NY is all he has. Those transplants probably make more in a year than you've ever made in your ghetto punk life.

by Anonymousreply 16September 12, 2020 12:32 AM

Harrison snitch at r16, I am not from the ghetto, unless Windsor Terrace and Private Schooling is ghetto. And they’re still transplants. Wannabes. Phonies.

by Anonymousreply 17September 12, 2020 12:36 AM

Who's Harrison?

by Anonymousreply 18September 12, 2020 12:44 AM

[quote]And they’re still transplants. Wannabes. Phonies.

Keeping NYC for native NYers only is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. People have been moving to NYC since forever. It's what makes NY. Sorry you're just a jealous loser.

by Anonymousreply 19September 12, 2020 12:45 AM

I don't know what you're talking about OP

by Anonymousreply 20September 12, 2020 12:46 AM

R19 jealous? This is my hometown. And you?

by Anonymousreply 21September 12, 2020 12:47 AM

Great, it's your hometown. And that's all you have. Because you've never been a success in life and see successful people everyday so you're a bitter bitch. I wouldn't be surprised if you've had a poor work history and been fired from various jobs due to your mental issues. So you bitch and moan about people you can never be.

by Anonymousreply 22September 12, 2020 12:58 AM

R22 Harrison creep you need to stop making up shit about me. We’ve exposed your lies once. You need to stop.

I’ve literally never been fired from a job.

by Anonymousreply 23September 12, 2020 1:09 AM

[quote] That's like saying Pearl Harbor should have only mattered to Hawaiians. Also, there was the crash in Pennsylvania and DC.

And you don't hear anyone talk about the Pennsylvania or D.C attacks. When most people talk about 9/11, they mean the NY

I was born and raised in NYC and live in Atlanta now. The way people, who've never even been to NYC carry on is pretty pathetic. I never hear NYers carrying on about it and they lived through it

The Oklahoma bombing was tragic, but no one talks about that

by Anonymousreply 24September 12, 2020 1:12 AM

R24 100% I know people just like that too.

by Anonymousreply 25September 12, 2020 1:13 AM

I was in NYC during 9/11 and worked pretty close to the WTC. I have moved on.

I don’t need to fetishize it and have no need to ever visit the 9/11 museum (which costs an unconscionable $20/person, while the country spent trillions on war).

The Republicans used it political gain and moved on quickly too.

by Anonymousreply 26September 12, 2020 1:17 AM

Maybe my opinion is in the minority, but I don't think they should've put a museum there, it just prolongs the tragedy. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. Like r26, I was also living in NYC at the time and as awful as it was, you have to move on. Granted, I was in my early 20s at the time and it is easier for younger people to move on from tragedy.

by Anonymousreply 27September 12, 2020 1:21 AM

[quote]The whole country was not directly affected the way NYC residents were, obviously.

Anyone who was Muslim or resembled one anywhere in the country was affected when violence against them skyrocketed.

Some of us, like myself, had friends and loved ones in NYC and yes one of my friends died that day. I was actually on the original Datalounge thread for that day going on about it. We knew she would have been there. We didn't hear from her for days. Then we realized she was gone when no one ever found her.

And I heard all about what was going on at the Pentagon from my brother who was there working. He called my mother in a panic right as he was trying to leave. He lost phone contact and then we found out eventually he was fine. He sped out of there trying to get home to pick up his kid or else he wouldn't have been able to leave.

No, it didn't have an impact on me the same way it would have if I lived in NYC but acting as if no one has any viable reason to be upset about this day is incredibly obtuse.

It's not a contest.

by Anonymousreply 28September 12, 2020 1:31 AM

R24, it was a specific Bush strategy to make it seem like the whole country was attacked so that he could get support for war and could win another term by claiming he would protect us all.

That’s why podunk Wyoming considers it was specifically targeted.

Interesting how they actually don’t give a shit about NYers—calling us all left wing liberals that allow riots

by Anonymousreply 29September 12, 2020 1:35 AM

Okay, you’re finally getting on my nerves with this “transplant” shit. WHO CARES? And I say this as a native NYer myself. 🙄

by Anonymousreply 30September 12, 2020 2:25 AM

He's a nutcase r30. He's spoken in other threads about harassing white people on the street in Brooklyn because he thinks they're transplants.

by Anonymousreply 31September 12, 2020 2:35 AM

R30 and r31 are the same person

Dude. Get a grip. The thread was dying. You bumped it to speak to yourself?

by Anonymousreply 32September 12, 2020 2:37 AM

Nope r32.

by Anonymousreply 33September 12, 2020 2:38 AM

No, we are not the same person. I’m R31. Definitely only posted once in this thread.

by Anonymousreply 34September 12, 2020 2:39 AM

Using a different account doesn’t change your IP. Now stop Harrison freak.

by Anonymousreply 35September 12, 2020 2:43 AM

Tonight on Larry King... a Mountbatten, Countess Mountbatten of Burma

“ a tells us of how transplants to Burma are ruining her chances of getting railroad trains of white pythons. Tonight on Larry King.”

by Anonymousreply 36September 12, 2020 2:52 AM

R36 this site wants your IP banned after what you did with the Harrison threads and the proof you contacted him, yet you’re acting up again? Lmao.

by Anonymousreply 37September 12, 2020 2:53 AM

This OP is one of those pathetic creeps who gets off on certain words. The "white racist" and "transplant" shit show its bad side.

And then it loves to say "busts" when talking about what certain men do to him.

Just picture what this bloated mama's boy looks like. Bags groceries and is known as "the one who talks to himself."

by Anonymousreply 38September 12, 2020 2:57 AM

And here is r38, the main account. Lmao. Showing your true psychotic colors yet again. You just can’t help yourself.

by Anonymousreply 39September 12, 2020 2:59 AM

Wait, this is an thread?

Bring the hot water!!

Bring the disinfectant!!

Bring the iodine!!

Some people today at the ceremony started chanting "Four more years!" after Mike Pence made his speech. The news reporter seemed surprised that some would make this event political like that.

by Anonymousreply 41September 12, 2020 3:15 AM

R41 it’s absurd

by Anonymousreply 42September 12, 2020 3:17 AM

I stand on the balcony of my TriBeCa penthouse and laugh at natives walking on the sidewalk! “HaHaHaHa!” I say.

by Anonymousreply 43September 12, 2020 3:24 AM

The native new yorkers are so lame. Really. It was a terrible tragedy and we should never forget about it. The end.

by Anonymousreply 44September 12, 2020 3:44 AM

[quote] No, it didn't have an impact on me the same way it would have if I lived in NYC but acting as if no one has any viable reason to be upset about this day is incredibly obtuse

You had a friend who died on 9/11 and your brother was in the Pentagon. You know we aren't talking about you. We're talking about people who had no connection whatsoever to 9/11, but act like they were at the WTC on 9/11
