Tulip has been watched for over a year. Watching tulip hunt down the mentally vunerable then massage their egos while working them at the same time has been eye opening. Wisconsin has really gone downhill since the mid-20th century. It used to be a forward-thinking place. Of course, like everything, it had a dark side, i.e., sending Joe McCarthy to the Senate. Strange how farmers born in the late 1800s were more rational and all around better people than the pampered white exurbanites of today.

So, while most of the Russian effort is spent stampeding the cattle on the right, a certain amount is directed at the left in an effort to persuade them to act in ways that would defeat their own messages.
