The hotness of "The Terminator"

I could never figure out why the Terminators were so super-murderous towards any one except the Conners when they traveled back in time. It seemed it would just attract more bad attention so that they would change their future in a way that would not benefit them--why would anyone want to build more cybernetics if they knew evil androids were killing people left and right?

Michael Biehn was gorgeous.

I guess I'm weird, but I'd take Robert Patrick from T2 over Arnold any day.

We had a VHS of it and the first few minutes of tape were so worn out from me freeze framing it that you had to fast forward to get it to play properly.

Robert Patrick was very charismatic looking. I'm always surprised he didn't have a more high-profile career after T2. He looks absolutely awful now, but he still gets work.

I agree with OP that Arnold looked the better in this film than any other - not surprising as the film was made relatively early in his career (well, early in his "leading man" career anyway). He is rather fugly in general to be honest. As for the muscles, sometimes too much is definitely too much - his proportions are rarely graceful despite his height. Even at his peak attractiveness, he looked FAR better going then he did coming; his ass was pretty epic in Terminator. That said, the man has a face that only a mother could love.

Sylvester, Arnold, Jean-Claude and Steven Segal are all ugly and stupid, like most American who pay to see their shitty movies.

Americans were hardly the only people who went to see those four actors--they were stars all over the world.

And neither Arnold nor Van Damme were originally Americans themselves.

But their movies were American studios' trash! And in the past, the biggest movie market in the world was in America. But maybe American people in those days weren't as obese as most American these days.
