Has she done any recent interviews? Even better, any recent ones where she discusses Mommie Dearest?

by Anonymousreply 5September 9, 2020 5:15 AM

Her Oscar nomination for Inside Moves is considered to be one of the least deserved Oscar nominations in history.

Just saying.

She was so ugly in Mommie Dearest I rejoiced when Faye beat her up

The one with aliens and she was really wooden.

Can I write in her hysterical scenery chewing appearance on Law and Order: SVU? One of the funniest appearances on that camp filled series.

I have seen most of the movies on OP's list, yet I don't know her.

She should do Mommy Dearest 2. Joan’s ghost is out for revenge on Christina.

I think she's horrible in MOMMIE DEAREST but I love her in SILKWOOD.

Her best performance was as the mother on "Wonderfalls," a delightfully sarcastic Todd Holland-Bryan Fuller show that was cancelled after only 4 episodes but fortunately contains the entire season on DVD. Excellent cast including DL fave Lee Pace, but Diana Scarwid stole every scene she was in.

Her scene in the elevator at the psychiatrist's office with that crazy woman was a thing of beauty!

She always gives an interesting performance.
