I don't know why it's still seen as surprising these days that nerds and geeks can have good bodies. I'm a muscle nerd. A lot of guys who like to follow routines and have discipline and dedication enjoy both traditionally nerdy activities and working out - there's a lot more commonality than I think people typically think.

Nerds = knowledge seekers, highly intellectual though uncomfortable articulating their findings. Geeks = technically brilliant, can create a radio out of two coconuts but might not be able to balance a checkbook.
