In my experience every "non-binary" person I've met has been a hetero-leaning bisexual woman who likes to wear mens clothes and every "genderfluid" person I've met has been a gay man who likes to wear dresses.

I don't know the official definitions. But it seems to me that the labels are mostly used as a means to claim special-snowflake uniqueness while still trying to gain or retain male hegemony.

R12. In theory non binary is not about sexual orientation. It is just about one's own gender identity. She/ They no longer identifies as female but also doesn't identify as male. She / they doesn't identify with a particular gender. In terms of sexual orientation, she / they might still be bisexual - in that she / they is attracted to males or females or she / they may be pansexual where she / they is attracted to anyone regardless of gender or no gender.
