Someone has been using my CVS Extracare card
I'm not sure how they are doing it, but it's based on your phone number. So if you don't have your scan card at the register, you can just give a phone number, and you will get the CVS discount.
I've been okay with it in the past, because whenever they buy something, the dollar amount goes to my card in the form of points. Which later become coupons, or store credit.
Because it's tied to my email, I receive all receipts on my email account. And look at what they bought today:
CVS Health Durable Hold Cloth Tape 1 IN x 10 YD (2.5 cm x 9.1 m) 1 roll 3.99T
1 CVS Health Clean & Refreshing Ocean Breeze Disposable Douche 2 units 9 fl oz 2.49T
1F CVS Health Extra Strength Acetaminophen Pain Relief 500 mg Caplets 24 caplets 4.99T
1F CVS Health Sports Tape 1 roll 3.99T
1F Fleets Douche And Enema Combination Kit 56 oz 11.69T
1F Fleet Saline Enema Laxative 1 bottle 7.8 fl oz 2.89T
1F Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Tape 1 in x 180 in (5 yd) 25, 4 mm x 4,57 m 5.39T
What. The. Fuck.
Who is this person?

Sounds like someone will be getting taped down and given a series of enemas. Just another Sunday night in the suburbs, OP. Nothing to see here.

Probably he or she gave the store the wrong phone number. But then again, what if he or she bought some poison to kill other people, OP? Will you be implicated in the crime?

OP, The same thing happened to me yesterday. I received an email receipt from CVS for purchases made with my Extra Care Card. May be a glitch in their system?

I dunno, R7.
This person seems to go to the same CVS store (the location is on the email receipt) and always uses my card.
As I said, I don't mind because I get the point value of their dollar purchases, and I get some whopping discounts and freebies from CVS because of it.
But I'm thinking that this person knows my phone number and has been using it as a go-to.
You can't get the CVS discounts without an Extra Care Card. And CVS lets you punch in a phone number if you don't have the card on you. So I guess this person just used my number randomly because they know that I'm a CVS customer, and they want the sale price on the items they buy.
It really does have me curious, though. Family member? Friend?
However, today's purchase has me really freaked. Who in the hell is buying this crap?

OP, if they're using your account, can't they use your rewards as well?

Plot twist : OP has multiple personalities a la Sybil and has been making the purchases himself.

Faye Dunaway's been using your card. Face "Dietrich" lift tape, pain meds and enemas. Where's the vodka?

OP should take extra care.

I think your CVS card may have fallen out at your last BBRTS gangbang party. Better make sure nothing else fell out either, would hate for your prescription insurance or Starbucks cards to be compromised!

Well apparently it's some gal with a yeast infection. Do you have any female friends who smell like sourdough bread?

OP Don't know about your discount card but you are being gouged on the price of Acetaminophen (Paracetamol).
Here in the UK you can get a 16 pack of 500mg for 25p (33c) from Aldi (19p - 25c before the Pandemic). The even let you buy two packs at a time so 32 caplet's costs 66c.
They'd be on the shelf forever here at $4.99 (£3.75) for 24 caplet's.

Don't look at me! I'd never buy just a two-pack!

Op, I don’t give my real phone number for some store cards, but everything else is real. (The phone number I give is one digit off.) maybe that person did the same.

You do not want to let CVS have your phone number. You'll need to block theirs because they will robocall you 7 times a day.
I'd be very happy to let them refill my oxycodone prescription from the dentist as often as they like, but I don't think she'd be all that happy if they did. You get 16 and that's it.

^This. I purposely don't have a CVS card because I'd heard they do excessive robocalling. I get my prescriptions at Rite Aid and occasionally stop at CVS. I started getting spam texts for sale items and reminders to pick up my prescriptions addressed to a Terry or some such. I assume the person used a fake number that happened to match mine.

At Safeway, I still use my phone number from 14 years ago to get the promo prices on certain items. I have no idea if someone else has my old phone number now. ("Landline")

This makes ZERO sense.. Why would someone be buying all this stuff, yet not notice they haven't been getting their CVS rewards?!
Most of these drugstores have the same types of reward cards, besides CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid have similar cards. Right now I have about $20 on my Walgreens rewards card, which you can also use at Duane Reade.
Won't this person go to the CVS website, then see they've been buying so many items, yet not getting any rewards points? I'd be concerned.

Trannies can't use a douche/enema combo.

OP - based on r21 's theory, you can dial up to 9 people and demand, "Why are you using my phone number, you douche!! I'm warning you... You don't want an enema like me!" "
