The situation is obviously more complex because the alleged victim with a +1 start to their country code could be anywhere in North America including many Caribbean nations. Had this been physical sex, it would've occurred solely in one jurisdiction or another and everything would be simpler. Also, close in age exemptions largely do not apply to the virtual space because laws always lag technology.

If 15yo is in the US, then B&J violated a federal law about transferring obscene materials to someone under 16: "Section 1470 of Title 18, United States Code, prohibits any individual from knowingly transferring or attempting to transfer obscene matter using the U.S. mail or any means or facility of interstate or foreign commerce to a minor under 16 years of age. First off, the ages themselves mean little to me but the expectations of maturity/immaturity. 18-19 put them at a more responsible position than a 15, but that's it.

Another is child grooming. We don't have the clearest determinations about that, but in principle, its considered bad to persist for the attentions of a 16-17 year old, and super bad to do that to 14-15 year olds. Its even bad to do this to 18-19 year olds if you're in direct positions of authority over them (like a teacher, or local cop, etc), albeit not illegal in itself for the latter.

So we have the 18 year old Tiktokker trying to distance themselves from being the problematic one, but going kinda insane, but the 19 year old is who's really making this a disaster, all but making it entirely clear that they're a groomer. Jorge pressured Benji to get naked at the gym, Benji ignored him until Jorge got annoyed and ended the call.

Later on, in a one on one call, Benji got naked for Jorge. Jorge was then screenshotting Benji naked, and sending them to the 15yo, something Benji had no idea of until the 15yo made his initial Twitter post accusing them both. Jorge had sent Benji's nudes to a lot of people without Benji's permission before, Benji posted screenshots of Jorge bragging about it. Benji then says he's forgiven Jorge for sharing his nudes without his permission and he doesn't want people to be angry with Jorge.

Later, Jorge told Benji he and the 15yo had decided they wanted to have a group call which was sexual. Benji refused. Jorge lied to the 15yo saying Benji wanted to do it. Also he showed screenshots which show both Jorge and Benji thought the 15yo was 16. Due to Benji's refusal to do the call, Jorge started giving him the silent treatment - something he'd done a lot before, blocking Benji and refusing to speak to him at all. As a result of this, Benji called Jorge, apologised and agreed to do the group call to make Jorge happy.

They did the group call. On the call, the 15yo said he wanted it to happen, plus Jorge was pressuring a lot, and so Benji went along with it, and jacked off on the call. This upset Benji, he spoke to a friend and went for a walk. Later on, the 15yo messages Benji asking to do it again, and saying he's mad he didn't cum. Benji didn't reply at the time.

Days later, Benji got in touch with the 15yo, and apologised, said he felt bad about the call, and they should stop speaking. The 15yo replied he wanted to do the call and liked it, wanted to repeat, and that he wanted to stay friends. Benji agreed to stay friends but said nothing sexual would happen again. So, later, they're talking about regular stuff, then out of nowhere the 15yo sends him a nude. Benji ended the conversation and for a long time they didn't speak. Benji ignored other DMs on IG from the 15yo.

The Twitter account admitting to lies was apparently not the 15yo, but was one of the group of friends who helped the 15yo make the original accusation. The screenshots were sent by the 15yo to a lot of his friends, so the screenshots of chats, etc, are real. Benji posted screenshots which show the reason why the 15yo decided to lie was because Benji wasn't receptive to his advances, and friends joined in because Benji hadn't accepted them on Snapchat. Some of Benji's own 'friends' were helping with this, as well as spreading it and telling others it was true and insisting they block him.

With regards to Jorge: apparently there are rumours Benji cheated on him, he says this isn't true. They are now broken up.
