Are BTS a gay group?

OP that "look" of theirs seems to be quite popular with the young girls in South Korea and now others around the world. Plus most if not all the members of the group have had some form of plastic surgery.

If one of the members were gay I don't think their label would allow them to come out. There was a scandal in the industry when it was found out that one guy from some different K-Pop boy band was secretly dating a girl who was in a K-Pop girl group. It at first led to their respective labels to deny that their was a relationship going on. Before eventually firing them both from their respective boy band and girl group and dropping them from their labels.

Teenage girls have always gone after cute, non-threatening masculine but pretty boys. A lot of the preteen/ mid-teenage girls of all races love BTS. When I worked with kids at an elementary school that was over 70% Latino/ Black, I met a lot of girls who were into BTS.

Ehhh... the whole pretty boy craze does have historic precedent now that you all mention it, and it makes sense that some preteen girl who hasn't even gone through puberty would prefer some prepubescent boy who is "non-threatening" as you guys say.

I think 60 Minutes should do an expose of these Entertainment Companies in South Korea. They put youngsters as young as 13 into these training facilities where they live in dorms, away from families. They still live in dorms even if they become a well-known group. Only a few successful groups like BTS can get their own place and live apart from each other. They treat their female Idols worse. Red Velvet has been a girl band for years but I heard they still in dorms with each other. It makes you wonder what percentage of the profits they receive from their hard work, if any.

They have to learn different dance moves for each song and sometimes they're up to 15 songs in a concert tour. Some of these dance moves are difficult and require practice.

When I spent a couple of months in Seoul around 5 years ago, it was weird to see literally whole streets literally dotted with plastic surgery offices, some of the surgery centers had their own buildings. Then you see average Koreans on the streets and subway trains, they look nothing like Korean celebrities, pop stars, and actors, all of whom have had extensive plastic surgeries.

I actually prefer NCT127 to BTS. NCT is more innovative, vocally superior and has the most talented idol in the genre--Taeyong (in blue). . IMO, BTS is overrated when you compare them to other Kpop groups, they're just popular because of the huge following they built.
