There was a time I liked Joe. His opinions weren't trapped in the amber of party lines. Sort of like a less liberal Bill Maher. But then he just became a typical Trumpster.

The sad thing is, I have three VERY smart Millennial nephews, all of whom are liberals, and they all love Joe. I can see them shifting to the right slowly but surely as they're starting to espouse the same rhetoric as Joe.

I haven't paid any attention to Joe Rogan since Fear Factor ended, in fact I had to Goggle him to make sure that was even the same Joe Rogan. If it wasn't for DL I wouldn't even know he was still a thing. What little I know about him is just sad and pathetic, not at all fascinating.

Joe was hot when he was young, but he's trashed his body through steroids and insane bodybuilding in a desperate attempt to retain his youth and vitality. He looks like someone's broken big toe now. It's a shame.

Frankly, I find the comedy scene surrounding him very cultlike and weird. He is marginally humorous at best, and most of the comedians he is friends with are leaps and bounds funnier than him, yet they all unequivocally treat him like a god and never fail to kiss his ass. It feels like he somehow managed to hack his way into the comedy world and trick everyone into believing him to be this powerful figure—which, in effect, has given him said power.

I agree about the plant. When will these assholes learn that nobody on this board gushes or rationalizes about any celebrity.
